We haven't used them in several years, but it was not good. The guy dropped the screw behind the washer and just put another screw to secure the top handle which was bigger and he cracked the plastic. It was probably 5-6 years ago but I will never use them again. It was a simple repair but he was just too lazy to reach behind the washing machine. I was down in town and I came home and I saw him sitting there and it just took me two seconds to fix it myself. The workmanship itself was very sloppy. They were very responsive, they came right off. They were on time.
Description of Work: We used Ball TV & Appliance Repair for fixing the washing machine.

Great--on time, kept in touch with us, dealt with the warranty company, friendly, professional.
Description of Work: Great guy was sent by our home warranty company, diagnosed the problem and cleared the repair cost with the warranty company, ordered the part, and returned a week later to install it.

Lee Ball, the owner, showed up when promised to repair my gas oven. He found the problem-a wire to the safety valve that had come loose-in 5 minutes, and fixed it for a $25 trip charge. I will definitely call him next time.

Description of Work: My over the range microwave oven made a loud pop and stopped working. To replace it with the same brand (Jenn-Air) was going to cost about $750. I called Ball TV and asked if they could repair it. They said yes, so I removed it ( only two screws held in in) and took it to them. They repaired the oven in about two hours . It had a diode that failed. Total cost was $ 55.84 I re-installed it and it works great.
