In 2008, I hired Audio Dimensions of Oklahoma City to install a high-end audio system in my new house during construction. They were one of about 25 subcontractors that I used during construction of the home. I have written highly positive reviews for many of the other subcontractors but Audio Dimensions was the worst experience that I have ever had and that is the reason for grading them so poorly. I failed to read existing reviews on this company when they were hired and for that I am sorry. I will not repeat that mistake and I will always use Angie's List and other reviews in the future. One of the reviews that I failed to read stated "The people that work for this company appear and act as if they should be drug tested". I agree with that and more. In a nutshell, the company was slow in completing the work, used poorly-trained personnel and substandard equipment (but charged premium prices), were not punctual and were on occasion a "no show". When problems arose, it was impossible to speak with the owner by telephone or to schedule a meeting. The company seems to be run by one of the technicians who has some technical ability but absolutely no business acumen. In the end, I spent a large sum of money and ended up with a poorly installed, non-working system. Since then I have had the system corrected to some functionality but at additional expense. Customer service does not exist as one other online reviewer stated. I also did not check with the Better Business Bureau, Audio Dimensions has a BBB rating of F. If you are considering any type of audio system installation. I recommend that you look elsewhere as this company is poorly managed, motivated only for profit, and does not care about their customers.
