AT Roofing was recommended by our insurance company. AT Roofing was provided an estimate from our field adjuster. AT roofing said that the decking needed to be replaced and this was not on the estimate from our field adjuster, so they submitted and amendment to our claim saying that the decking also needed to be replaced. AT Roofing sent us a form to sign for "Right to work". We had to tell them 3 times that we would not sign the form until our insurance company agreed to that the decking also needed to be replaced and that they would pay for it. We finally got the approval from the insurance company and agreed on a date to start work. They said it would be a one day job. My husband took a vacation day from work to be present when the work was done. This is a rental house in a city 2 hours away from our home. My husband was 20 miles from the rental house when AT roofing called my husband and said that they were not going to do the job because the forecast called for a 20 percent chance of rain. All weather channels had been forecasting a chance of rain for that day for a week. They should have rescheduled the work for another day if they were afraid of rain prior to my husband being within 20 miles of the house. The work was rescheduled for later that week. I took a vacation day to be present when the work was done. When I arrived at the house I found out that the roofers showed up at 6:30am and wanted to start work. Thankfully the foreman would not let them start work until 8am. I left at 4:30pm and only 1/2 of the shingles had been removed and they were starting to lay the new decking over the old decking. I called AT Roofing and questioned the new decking being placed over the old decking. They insisted this is standard practice. I did not like what they were doing and reminded them of their guarantee and said if their were to be any problems in the future because of this, they would be responsible for the cost or repairs. I reminded the roofers that one of the tenants was ill and needed rest, and that they were not to start work the next day until 8am. My husband used another vacation day. When my husband arrived on the second day of work, the roofers had children present. The children first stayed in one of the vehicles, then they came out and played in MY YARD. The children then ran onto the porch several times and rang the door bell and ran away. This was very upsetting to my tenants. After my husband left around 3pm, the roofers then had the children carrying shingles up to the roof and had them work. (My tenants did not inform me of this until after the fact.) The roofers came a third day to finish the roof. They did not clean up well and my tenants ended up with nails in their tires. AT Roofing did pay for this damage and came back out to clean up again. Two more days were spent installing new flashing and the patio cover.

We used them because our insurance company recommended them and guaranteed their work for one year. The company was terrible. They were not professional. The guy who was out here was a fantastic salesman and a wonderful man. He did not supervise his crew. I had to supervise them. I had to call the supervisor because they were tearing up our gutters. They were throwing things on our shrubs. They broke some of our shrubs. They weren't quick to follow up. When the supervisor did come out he fell asleep in his truck. I took a photo of him sleeping. It took them eight or nine months to come out and fix my gutters. My gutters still leak.
