From the very beginning I knew my move was going to go smoothly. From the packing to the loading and unloading it was virtually flawless. They packed up our 4200 sq ft house in 2 days and loaded, moved us and unloaded us all the way from OKC to San Antonio in 2 more days. I would recommend Affiliated Movers to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Since I have moved several times with DOD, I expected a multitude of problems, but none happened. The crew of 4 outstanding packers worked from early morning to late into the evening, carefully loading, traveling and delivering my furniture . They only took lunch break, and short well deserved breaks. When unloading, they were exceptionally careful and didn't even complain about the stairs. Well, only once but I don 't blame them. They were moving large heavy pieces up stairs and left the walls with no scratches or dents as well as the door jams and floors. All went exceptionally well. Perfect, right on time to start and worked a full 10 hours. Everything was wrapped as it was put into the van. Unloaded and nothing broke or damaged. I never saw the guys even take a break. Did exactly what they said they would. Recommend them no problem!

The customer service was great, however there was a delay in delivering my items. There was a holdup supposedly because a bird hit the grill of the truck. The communication could have been a little bit better. The movers were very accommodating, efficient, and did everything relatively quickly. They did break the banister while moving our couch to the second floor and I am still waiting for that to be replaced.

The move was by far the easiest move I have ever made. A crew of 5 movers and 2 trucks showed up on time and immediately got to work. I was very impressed with how careful they treated my things. I had moved once before with a different moving company, and had been horrified by the way my belongings were tossed around as if the movers had to hurry to their next appointment. I quickly realized that the little I had saved with a discount company was likely to be eclipsed by the punishment inflicted on my furniture. Affiliated movers didn't do business that way. They made me feel as if they cared for my things as much as I did. The crew was so respectful of my family, my belongings, and both houses involved in the move. The move went far faster and smoother than I could ever have imagined. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated Nathan and his workers. I hope never to move again, but if I do, I know I will call Affiliated movers right away!!!

From the beginning when Nathan, the sales person arrived, the professionalism was paramount. Nathan provided a detail inventory of our belongings, explained moving laws and regulations, an estimated cost, and provided free boxes. He responded quickly to email or phone inquiries and showed up on the day of the packing and loading of the truck. The ladies who packed our breakables were friendly and professional, and the driver was likewise personable and professional. The day of the loading of the truck, the driver and truck arrived on time and the men helping load the truck were efficient. When we arrived at our new home in another state, the delivery started right on time. We had a good moving experience with Arpin and highly recommend the company.

They were pretty good except when I had boxes that were marked fragile they stacked things on top of them and some of the items they packed that were fragile was not packed properly and I had an angel that had wings that hung on the wall and they put it in the bottom of a box and stacked other items on it and broke it. Another item I had was a Moose that hung on the wall and they had it upside down in the box and then packed something right on one of its antlers and broke it. They also broke an eagle figurine that had a wide wing spread and the tip of the wing was broke. I can fix that one but the other items they broke are not fixable and they cannot be replaced. I was very disappointed that they didn't take the time to really be careful. I have not unpacked everything yet because it is just me doing it. With all the paper they were using and I was paying for you would have thought they would have been more careful, because some of the boxes had a little bit of stuff and half filled with paper. I sure that I didn't need all the boxes and paper they used. This is the first time I had ever made a major move as this and wasn't prepared for the stress I was going through with everyone running around and packing. I couldn't keep up with them and they packed up stuff so fast that wasn't suppose to be packed and calling me here and there until I had several panic attacks which I had never had before. On the positive side they were very pleasant and trying to help me get through this moving and letting me have my panic attacks and was very thoughtful about what I was going through.

The two gentlemen arrived on time. We showed them everything that needed moved and got to work immediately . Nothing was damaged and handled with complete care. I just can't thank them enough.. What an excellent job!,

Very good expierience. In town move. Called and told me they were on the way, and were on time. None of my furniture scratched, etc. They worked the whole time. Took a half day. Highly recommended.

It was a good experience both times. They were very professional and they worked in a timely manner. They were very careful with both our personal items and our walls and door jams of our property. They were very courteous.

It was easy to book and the movers showed up on time. They surveyed the boxes then got to work moving everything. They did a great job there were a few dropped boxes and minor breaks that were more than likely my packing than anthing else. I did feel that one of the two movers was a little unprofessional but, overall they did great work and got the job done. I was charged for the return trip but that was corrected by the moving company and my card was refunded for the extra half hour.

After the estimate was performed and agreed to by me, the employees and trucks showed up 5 minues early to the agreed time. They asked for a tour of the home so they could be sure and pack the items in the correct order then proceeded to go about it, being very careful with the boxes, furniture and the walls/doors of our home. The day began at 10:00 am and they stayed at it until the move and unpacking was completed at 12:00 midnight.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! I hired this company because I had read some good reviews and got a good feeling from the salesperson that I had originally talked to. Had I known at the time what I was about to get myself into I would definitely NOT have used these guys. They showed up pretty much on time towards the end of the specified range (which is typical for all the movers I've used)....My first impression was a decent one, but as the day went on things got worse and worse. Unfortunately for us, the company had just had a lot of employees quit, so the company was obviously scrambling to hire anyone they could possibly find to try and take care of their jobs. One of our movers was great, and you could tell had a lot of experience in the business, but the second of the two movers had no business doing this type of job. By the end of the day the second mover on our job was so worn out that I personally ended up moving more boxes then he did. That's not even the worst part. This guy had obviously never used a dolly before, because more than one time there were boxes that went falling off the ramp and onto the concrete below....bye bye wine glasses! :( He was also not physically fit enough to move the couches that we had. I found it funny how the one good mover had no issues with physically lifting the furniture, but the second mover was so out of shape that he let one of the couches fall completely off the ramp and onto the street below. Fortunately nothing was damaged on that particular spill (unlike the fragile boxes before it).....I was happy to see all of our stuff finally off the truck, but unfortunately the move took about 90 minutes longer than it probably should have just because the one mover was so slow. Had I not moved half the stuff myself then it would have cost us even more than it already did. Time is money during a move, so having inadequate movers becomes extremely costly!! The other disappointing part about this company is that they don't even care enough about their customers and employees to keep up with maintenance on their trucks. I just so happened to notice the tires on the truck while I was standing out beside it, and every single tire was so completely bald that you couldn't even test the tread if you wanted to. This is a definite road hazard waiting to happen, not only for the employees who are forced to drive these things, but also for your furniture when they have the inevitable blowout/accident driving down the road. My advice would be to be VERY CAREFUL if you're guying to hire these guys right now......at least make sure and request qualified movers who have been with the company longer than a week or two. If you don't proacitvely address that issue than you will be miserable, and it will end up costing you way more than it's worth!!!!

They were awesome. We talked to Nate. We've called tem several times. My husband's mother was in and out of assisted living. There were a couple of times that we had to call them in an emergency and they had people over there that afternoon to help us. When our office flooded back in July and we called them they had us moved into a new office by 6 pm. They are awesome. They are punctual and we can trust them. They do good work. They are there when we need them. They prefer to schedule but they will figure it out and get somebody over in an emergency. We will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anybody when we hear they need a mover.

I was mortified during the process. I called our rep a couple of times for reassurance. I needed to know what to plan for. I was concerned about being ready. I was also concerned with how much the job would disrupt our business operations. Our rep was very reassuring. In the end, it went just as smoothly as he said it would. They were very fast and efficient. They started in the morning and finished by the end of the day. The pricing was very competitive. They handled everything better than we could havehandled it ourselves.

Very friendly, very hardworking, very accomodating. We had a quick response to some minor damage and were compensated quickly.

Our moving experience was excellent. The friendly Sales Manager Nathan Howell reassured us their firm was experienced and their personnel were hard workers and would make the move for us on time and within the cost estimate. The President of the company Tommy Howell came by my home during the loading of the furniture to make sure we were satisfied with the service provided by his company. The packing and loading occurred on time. Everyone worked hard and each item was securely packed and furniture protected so no damages would occur. We were very pleased to have our furniture moved without a single item being damaged. We needed to close in the morning and the crew showed up at 11:30 am as desired and unloaded two trucks before 6:00 pm on one of the hottest days in August. My wife and I are very pleased and would be glad to recommend this firm to anyone needing quality movers who are honest and dependable.
