Dale Arnold from Arnolds Plumbing was "ON" time & a very nice honest man, got right on the job & fixed everything I asked him to.

Dale is very pleasant. Hard worker – cleans up the mess.

I’ve used Arnold’s Plumbing for years. He is one of the best, he does high quality work, stands behind his work & charges fair prices. It’s hard to find somebody with his ability & responsibility – highest marks.

Arnold's arrived at approximately 0845-0900. Made appointment two days in advance and was told "around 830" (no issue with me). Arnold's was very courteous, professional, and explained things. After making a diagnosis of the issue, they gave me a no-pressure offer of replacing the offending piping (they were preparing to leave before I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger). Work was quick, I do not feel that their prices are gouged. Will work again with them if I have any other plumbing issues.

The first time I have used them. Went great! He got on the roof and unclogged the drain through the pipe. Very courteous and made sure I understood the problem and what he was going to do to rectify the problem. Really appreciated the fact that he made sure my washer was draining properly before he left. I will DEFINITELY use them again and will recommend them to others.

He was prompt, professional and very thorough on his invoice listing exactly what he had done. He also listed on the invoice that he offers a 1 year parts and labor warranty.

We have used him for a long time. We love him. We were on vacation and had our grandson come into our house. I do not know what it is with water heaters but it went out. When the water heater went wrong inside of the house and he was here the plumber took care of it, trusted us, just came in, and fixed it. We have not seen the bill on that. I do not think that our water heater was replaced 6 years and a month ago. He is fantastic.

Mr. Arnold has done other work for me in the past, from leak in the bathroom sink pipes to sewer line that was stopped up to leak in kitchen sink. He is the owner, he is always the one that comes when I call and he is just so nice, courteous, reasonable prices, the work he does is impeccable, he is on time, explains what he is doing, answers any questions respectfully and in terms I can understand. As long as he is in business I will not use another plumber--ever---, you will not find better work for a better price in my opinion, I can not recommend Arnold's plumbing highly enough.In these difficult economic times I am grateful for someone I can trust to do what is promised, do it well and for a reasonable price. Having a great plumber----Priceless!

We had another plumber come out to our new house and tell us we needed two clean outs installed. ? We called Dale and he found two existing clean outs within minutes. ? Then he snaked our drain and got all the tree roots out of it. ? He did a great job!

They came when they said they were going to and they did the job they said they were going to do. They had to brake through the cement to do the job and were very careful about it. They wore protective coverings on their shoes when they came in the house. They were very professional. We were very happy with it. We weren't happy with the price, but you get what you pay for. They did an excellent job.
