The provider did very poor work; not what you would expect from an Angi provider. The caulking did not match the window frame. There are "smears" of caulking on the brick. The caulking bead varies in width from about 1/4" to !/2" and there are gaps in the bead. When i confronted the provider with the poor quality of the job he was rude and defensive. I asked him for an invoice/receipt for my records because I need it to show the executor of the estate, he said he would text me one, but he never did. I paid him by check.
Description of Work: Put caulking in gaps around window frame. It took just under 2 hours.

what actually happened was the customer was upset because I refused to finish the job after I told him that I would do it for $75 a window and he talked me down to 50 so I told him I wasn't going to use tape or do any of the lining or anything like that and he said okay that's fine so I went and bought the $30 worth of caulking and then in the end he still didn't pay me the $175 I was owed paid me $115 and then I still had to buy the materials to not only did he short me but I was out the 30 bucks as well the customer threw a fit demanding a receipt when I did not provide receipt he decided to put this review up on Angie's list to try to mess with my business I've had over a hundred some other customers and never had any other problems

Great customer service care went above and beyond to get what i needed done in a timely manner and looked like amazing when the services were done. Great communication from the beginning when something came up that was unexpected he handled it perfectly would totally recommend 10/10
