Arch Granite and Cabinetry

I researched and researched granite companies in OKC when planning to update our kitchen. I wanted a good price but I also wanted good customer service and a company who would stand behind their work. I went to so many places before I decided to use Arch Granite and I am so pleased with my decision. I read the reviews on Google and was worried because some of them weren't good. I spoke to several of the granite wholesalers and they assured me that Arch was reputable. I checked out their BBB rating and they have an A+! Comparing their prices just confirmed my decision. Summer was so helpful from the first time I stopped in. She even texted me a picture of new slabs of granite that she thought I might like right after they came in! In the end, that is the granite we ended up going with! We scheduled the installation and they called to remind me. Three installers came at 9:30 and left at 5:00 and worked the whole time. I never saw them even take a break! They were SO polite and careful. They made sure I was happy with the job. They cleaned up after themselves and did an awesome job. You cannot go wrong with Arch Granite. For price and service, they just can't be beat. Thank you Summer and the whole team at Arch.

They charged our credit cards 1 month before beginning the project and when we spoke to Wells Fargo concerning this Wells Fargo informed us that this company cannot charge us until the work is done and satisfactory. The tile was NOT as the sample showed. It was a multicolor tile and we ordered off one sample and were never told it was "tumbled" (different colors) they had layer too much for us to stop the project and we decided to go with the less casual look. This was a MAJOR compromise on our end since that is not what we were looking for. The sales manager named Summer, was very rude from the second we signed our paperwork. She hung up on me 5 times and when my husband walked into the shop to work out the problems after she lied to us. She saw him and turned around and walked into her office and shut the door and refused to speak to either of us the rest of the project. We ended up finishing the project with Penny who is the designer but Summer was so childish she could not finish working with us. Penny is very professional and so is Brandon, the gentleman who measured and ended up putting our cabinets in. We had to impress upon this company about the trim finishes not being done and they had to co,e back out and finish that. We still have a hole in our drywall from where they removed old cabinets and didn't fix it. They also charged our credit cards twice for one charge, we are in the process of taking care of that now. As long as this company keeps Summer for their employee in any fashion I would never recommend you go there. I hope that Penny and Brandon can work somewhere else that is honest and not a place that only wants to make money.

We were very satisfied with the performance and would hire them again.

They were quick to install. I got in quickly, in the time I wanted it done. The quality of the material was good.
