The ceiling fan installer name is Miguel T. I’m a truck driver so I have not met him or do I want to! He came to my house, my wife was home. Miguel was supposed to install 5 ceiling fans. He finished the first 3 but was unable to complete the last 2 due to he didn’t have a long enough ladder to reach the ceiling fans. Money already paid. He didn’t come back for 3 days. He stalled the last two but didn’t look at the direction to see how to install the center crystal fixture in both ceiling fans. Both ceiling fans are the same as I purchased 2. It suppose to be the shorter crystal in the outer part and the longer ones in the middle. He screwed both of them up and they both look different and UGLY!! I notified him, through text message, about the crystals being in wrong. He stopped responding to my text messages, which didn’t surprise me. Two months later, I had another tech stop by to install the other 3 ceiling fans and ask about the 2 that need fixing. The tech told my wife that Miguel broke a couple of the crystals in each ceiling fan and that it can’t be fixed. I called Angi and informed them about the situation. I’m able to get the project money back but not the money for the ceiling fans which costs around $600. Customer service told me that since it’s been over 2 months that they couldn’t do anything for me. This is ridiculous!!! How am me or my wife supposed to know about Miguel breaking the crystals? My wife and I are not Technician!!! This is the Last time I’m using Angi!!! Angi and Miguel are a joke!!!! If you see Miguel T as your Technician, PLEASE CANCEL!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
