water heater repair
+ -1 moreARS answered calls 24/7. Technicians are very nice. They always showed up on time. But the problem is not fixed after numerous services and replacements.
Description of Work: The water heater is only a few years old. Starting 2003, there was no hot water for multiple times. ARS did numerous services including replace the gas thermostat and thermocouple. After paid more than $600, I was advised to replace the hot water tank. A new 50 gallon tank was installed in January 2007. Since then same problem happened at least 4 times. ARS still could not fix it.
