It was average. I wouldn't rate them as great.

They were excellent. They did a very good job. I would use them again.

No problems - just great service

The movers dropped my television, broke three cabinets and scratched several pieces of furniture. One of the mover’s (Brian) attitude was extremely poor and he was outright rude. The general manager was unprofessional and attacked my parental judgment and in doing so she indicated that she did not trust the driver. The final price was 30% higher than the estimate. The driver, Cesear, was too nice and offered to take things that I did not want to take in order to add weight to the cargo. He asked to have a couple of my expensive magazines and I said yes. When my household goods were being unloaded, I found a box of all (50plus) of my magazines that he took. He called me an "Indian Giver" when I saw them. I could not believe that I paid for the shipping of the magazines and he would not give them back to me. Emrick's employees are unprofessional. The salesperson Gregg was lackadaisical about returning telephone calls and giving a quote. Stacy Baker Cumpton was extremely unprofessional and rude. Lisa was the only reasonable person at Emrick's. There are discrepancies in the weight of my household goods that Emrick's refused to address and they could care less that furniture was broken.

This was not a good experience with Allied Van Lines. Some of my furniture was ripped and other things were broken. Some of my things were not wrapped well enough and the movers did not take much care of my belongings. I will not hire this company again.
