+ -1 moreI tried to meet with him when he came out for the first time since i was a new customer but he only comes to my area once a week and it was when i wasn't home. when i returned i noticed the pool had not been vacuumed and the baskets near the pool equip had not been cleaned. They said they missed the ones in the back which means they never looked at the pool equip. I decided not to use them anymore and asked for a bill. I expected a reduced rate since they admitted all things weren't done. They demanded payment in full.
Description of Work: I hired them to clean my pool.

Description of Work: Nothing that is problem I called several times only to be told that i was on the list and they would have a repair man to my house with in the week after being told this three times, the last one being Friday 6-13 Tiffany said he was on his way to my house, no one ever showed up. Time to try someone else. Can't believe what they tell you They might do good work but if they never show up how would one know

I just bought the house, and they sat down with me and actually went over everything about the pool with me, unlike some people who just show you, without telling you first. They charged me $149 to start up the pool, and I will be paying $150 a month for them to come out four times a month. I’ve actually recommended them to three of my neighbors.
Description of Work: I use All Season Pools for my pool service. They came out today to explain the pool equipment to me, and what was going on. They started up the pool, and they will be coming out four times a month to service the pool.
