Excellent service!

It was very fast, not too much of a mess, and wonderful!! Any mess was cleaned up better than how they found it. They did all the windows in one day! Can't stress enough how wonderful this company is!! Highly recommend them to anyone!

I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness, timeliness and quality of All Pro. The replacement windows are different than the original windows and really give the house an updated look. They are also much more energy efficient. I will hire them again when the rest of the windows need replacing.

Salesman (my point of contact) took complete responsibility for the installation from start to finish. Installer very professional and neat. Really appreciated that.

The windows that needed to be replaced. The windows we had were single pane glass and there were over 50 panes. That would be very expensive and time consuming (we replaced each pane 2 years before and did the work ourselves). It took just a couple of days (the windows were installed in one day but the caulking had to "set" for about 48 hours). They were very professional.

Windows are very good quality from my perspective, house is much quieter and less dusty than with the old windows. Too soon to tell on energy efficiency improvement, however, have to believe that our bills will go down. That was one major factor in our purchase decision. Like many things, installation is key. All Pro had a good crew that was trained, clean, and thorough.

Steve and a man assisting him arrived at the agreed upon date and time, did excellent work, and finished promptly. When I noticed a small problem with the gutters in one area, Steve came right back out and fixed it. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

They did a fantastic job. It was a big job, and took several days. They worked around the holidays and the house looks so much brighter and better. I love the siding. They were very professional and courteous.

The workman took off the siding then he took all the electrical out of the box and left it handing. He then decided to leave for the day. Also, the siding came out about 3 inches too far from the home. They had to completely re-do that. They had to re-do the siding in the dormer. Everything they touched they had to re-do with the exception of two windows in the laundry room. I would not use them again.

Excellent experience. The guys showed up and were very courteous, hard working and did excellent quality work. They started early and worked through some very hot days. The always pointed out any possible issues and explained how they were going to tackle them. They gave is daily updates on what they were going to get done each day. Very positive experience.

It blew down, but they came right out and took care of it. There were absolutely no problems. I was very pleased with their service.

He came out and looked at what I wanted done(repair work on the siding above my patio door). He said he would get back to me in a couple of weeks but never got back to me. I called him and said I was still on his list, but he still never returned my call. After a month I called again and they had another salesman come out. He said he could easily do the job for about $100 and he would back to me in a couple of weeks and that was a month ago, so I am going with another company for the job.

My house looks fantastic, they did a royal job!

Job 1: As before, the tech and his daughter arrived right on time, began speedy and clean work (this was in my home office) removed old windows and installed and sealed the new windows. I was not inconvenienced at all and they worked so efficiently removing and installing on a cold day it didn't even get my house cold! Precision work! Job 2: The windows are in, installed quickly and efficiently by Rick and his daughter (they work as a team) cleaned up work area and carted old windows away. Washed windows squeaky clean. Have been waiting over a week for Rick to return and cap outside facing. Manager has been made aware of this twice.

Mr. Weaver arrived with a hearty hello and handshake to inspect the windows and give an estimate. I appreciate that this company is more than happy to work with me on my home refurbishing one room at a time. I also appreciate that Mr. Weaver and his associates were very respectful of my time (I remote from my home office) and gave me a no nonsense quote, fast excellent service (windows were installed so quietly and efficiently, I didn't even notice while working).

We first hired Balkan Siding & Windows about 25 years ago. They gave us a lot of choices for the materials and were very patient. The crew was prompt, clean, and professional. They did a great job.

Balkin Siding did a great job on the gutters as well as the other work. They were very pleasant and clean. The estimate was accurate.
