Didn't even consider having them do the job.

Their reputation is that they do a good work, but sometimes they are a bit pricey. They installed a garage light, motion sensor garage light. Last winter, they upgraded my electricity from 60 amps to 100 amps. They are not bad, but I am trying to do a cost-efficient electricity restoration. Overall, they are pretty competent.

Very enthusiastic greeting. Must keep excellent chart notes, because she asked about all important points of our year-ago discussion, and even basic info about my life (child's name, type of work, etc.) Of course, a full-body exam for skin cancer is a little uncomfortable for most people, but she keeps talking and puts you at ease. She checked my feet very thoroughly, which I took as a sign of a good dermatologist. Two friends of the family have died of melanomas that started on a foot where no one would normally notice (one on the sole, one between the toes). Dr. Kulp-Shorten also gave me a good number of samples of a new prescription for rosacea to try, and it has been a lot less irritating to my skin that what I used before. She's aften booked up for many months in advance, so if you become a regular patient, it's probably a best to make your appointment for your visit when you're leaving the office.

John and Toni were always on time and very professional. John is especially responsive and readily available. He is of good humor and understanding. Toni is laid back yet efficient. All work is done very well and they account for the individual nuances of each house. (My coop had very wavy walls and "settled" windows that smile at you...) They're also flexible with ideas and can suggest others. I also love that they guarantee their work for up to 5 years after completion. Another great detail to note was how they handled problems that sprung up. All the banging around broke my downstair neighbor's ceiling. Yet they fixed it without question - sheet rocked, skim coated and painted with no fuss or extra charge or problems. They're great. The whole experience was almost completely painless. :) The only somewhat painful part was getting the right equipment to install a European faucet... but they stuck with me till we figured it out that problem. We did go slightly over the original quote, but that was COMPLETELY my fault... new ideas made me want to do more! Still, John and Toni were reasonable and fair with any additions.

I go to her for check-ups and enhancements. I love her and think she is great. She is very knowledgeable and good with all skin conditions, as well as anti-aging conditions. Her office is also great.

Haven't really done much in the way of price comparisons..$65 each time, every other month.

They took photos of what they found to be a problem in the crawl space. They showed me the photos on a laptop during their visit and explained the issues they identified. They gave realistic options on what could be done to resolve the issues. They did not try to sell me a make-shift fix. They did not charge me anything for spending 2 hours onsite for their inspection, even though I offered to pay them. They were on time, repectful and really cared about giving good accurate advice. The damage was extensive, so they recommended working with a contractor instead of using their services only. I had one of their competitors come and recommend a partial fix that I am now convinced would have been a waste of money and not solved the problem. I would highly recommend calling Dry Pro. They went above and beyond.
