He didn't clean the pipe he had removed while he was up in attic. I looked inside of it and there was still lint inside the pipe. I used a water hose to do the final cleaning job my self. The flex pipe tape he used to reinstall it with fell off after a few weeks. I noticed it was not tight. He should have had a metal clamp available in his service van.

They responded to my request really quick and came out the next day. Cleaned out my dryer vent and it works like a charm. We will definitely use their service again.

He missed the first appointment. I rescheduled, he showed up very unprepared to clean my chimney, did know anything about fixing a stuck damper, had to use my ladder to access roof, kept complaining that he normally has another man help him as though I was supposed to help, he had a youn lady helper who was supposed to clean the dryer vent and acted like she never done it before, he broke off the cap on the dryer vent pipe and did nothing to fix it. Then left fireplace ashes in the living room and charged full price for their "service ". Very Disappointed!!
