Robert responded to my request for assistance in replacing my Dryer vent. He was simply put ... the best. He was on time for our appointment and was very efficient in accomplishing in fixing my problem (cleaned the dryer duct and replaced the exterior vent cover. I will be using this company (would be happy to see Robert again) in the future.

My experience was a wonderful one he showed up on time and also did everything that was needed to make the situation better and to also inform us on how to keep things Better moving forward I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I love the fact that they show up when they say theyâ re going to show up and I do awesome job and they also educate you on the things that you need to do to not have a huge problem in the long run and we also had other issues that he looked into when he really didnâ t have to but he really went out of his way to make sure there are questions and concerns were answered And also did things in a very timely manner I really appreciate everything that this company has did

Robert helped explain why I was having my dryer vent issue. He cleaned it out and cleaned up after himself. He went in the attic to work on cleaning it out and making sure that was taken care of also! He then made sure my laundry room was placed back together just like he found it. Very professional and did an excellent job!

The communication was very poor. We had arranged to have them come out on Monday morning. They did not show, but called later in the day to say they had mixed up the days. Arranged for them to come out the next day at 10:00 am. They called at 10:30 and said they would be out in 30 minutes.

He was very considerate, he called to let me know he was running late and he was apologetic when he arrived. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Robert was pleasant and did a good job removing a booster fan from my dryer vent, reconnecting the dryer vent where the fan had been, and cleaning out the vent duct. Unfortunately he did not track down the source of the electricity which was still hot to the booster fan. After he left, I cut the power to the house, cut the electric cord to the fan and used electric tape to seal the still hot cord, and turned the house power back on. I think it would have been nice for him to have done that.

I liked that he was training a young man to become a chimney sweep. They worked quietly and cleaned up quickly. Very professional
