Prompt, friendly, cleaned up when they were done. I will point out, I hired this gentleman to inspect and clean my fireplace of which they did an incredible job. The above questions donâ t cover this service. I highly recommend them, I also hired them to come back and clean my gutters for me.

The service charge should be stated @ time of scheduled, was tolled the total repair job would be $125 for cleaning my vent, but when it was all done he said it was going to $300, he did not check with me before he did the work, not knowing if I had enough money to pay it. He does good work, but he is not professional

I would have liked a detailed list of line item costs of the work to be performed before it was completed so I know the cost. Other than that it was great.

I inquired about having my dryer vent cleaned around 8 am and he was at my house at 915 am to start on it. Extremely prompt and great customer service. When I inquired I figured it would be at least next week before I could get anyone out and he went well above expectations to come out as soon as possible.

Robert helped us with our dryer problem and came out the very next day I inquired about the problem. He was there right on time and looked extensively at our dryer vent.
