Alex and his workers showed up when they said they would. The job was originally completed when we were told it would be. However, we did have some issues as Alex left town before the completion and there were problems with the driveway. When he returned from his vacation he and my husband came to a mutual agreement on how to fix the problems and they were completed to our satisfaction. Our driveway looks very nice and we would probably call Alex again.

The project ran very smoothly and Alex took over the responsibility of obtaining all required permits, which eliminated me from having to miss time I needed to be at my office. I wish all contracted work could be as pleasant as my work with Alex Construction. Pat M.Midwest City, OK

Their estimate was comparable to others I'd gotten. When I called back a few months later after the project was delayed, the estimate had not changed. I am planning to do the project soon and will most likely use Alex's Construction Co.

We found Alex's Construction Co. thru Angie's List. Contacted Alex, and he gave a reasonable written estimate. We scheduled a time for the work. Alex and his crew were excellent in quality, neatness, experience, professional. The price was reasonable. Alex and his crew were polite, organized and on time - the work was finished within two days. We would recommend Alex's Construction Co to our friends, and already have.

Alex and his crew were working a package deal with my neighbor, who also got their driveway, approach, side walk, front walk and porch replaced. They showed up exactly on time and got right to work. The temperatures in the Oklahoma City area were as high as 113 degrees during most of the time they were doing the tear-out at our house and they just kept going. Every day was over 105 degrees. Digging the trench for the drain system in clay was slow going, but they got it done. They got both our work and the neighbors work completed in the ten days that they promised at time the proposals were written. Alex and his entire crew were very polite and pleasant to be around. They cleaned up every day and communicated their plans for the next days work before leaving for the day. I could not be happier with the outcome.I am completely happy with the work done by Alex and his crew and have some ideas for future work as well.

Prompt and paid attention to detail and most important and our opinion. First contractor in OKC I have not had to argue with and was courteous and professional. Would use again tomorrow.

They were very helpful and worked very hard every day. If things went wrong, they would tell be about it right away and fixed the problem right away. It took about a week for the work to be done and left the place pretty clean when they were done.

He explained to me that all he would do is re-paint the work, since it wouldn’t be worth fixing. He also told me that because it was such a small job, it would cost a lot. I appreciated his honesty.

Alex responded quickly to my request for an estimate, came out to do the measuring and sent me a quote in a very timely manner. The work was done in the time he told me it would be done. When the work was completed things looked as they were before they started (no debris, flower beds straightened up, etc.). His crew were fine with the dogs and were all very polite and willing to answer any of my questions. His price for the concrete work was VERY reasonable and his quote for other work around the house were very competitive too.

Overall the job went fairly well and the finished product looks pretty good. The molding around the fireplace didn't look right and I re-did it. A small angle leading to the hallway stumped them for a while but they worked it out. A left over nail was under the foot of the couch and scratched the floor when we moved the couch to the position we wanted. The front door was fitted and finished looking good. The floor itself looked good.
