Description of Work: The landscaping they did was actually great. This was an HOA project and it included a small building that needed repair. We paid 1/3 up front and almost immediately they began asking for more money daily. We finally had to come to a settlement and then hire someone else to finish the work. Much of the work they did had to be fixed because it was done incorrectly. They were nice, just didn't manage funds well. I would use them to landscape, but I would purchase materials and agree on price beforehand and pay upon completion.

+ -1 moreWorking with William Johnson was a very pleasant experience. He is a nice man to work with. He was working near my home and I stopped over to talk to him. He came down that day to give me an estimate and let me know when he could come do the work.
Description of Work: William Johnson cut down two trees for us. He did not remove the stump in the ground, we wanted to do that work ourselves.
