 + -1 moreJoe Gillikin and crews were there within an hour or so of our call. Help reduce the amount of damage to our furniture and belongings by quickly getting things moved away from the water. They handled all of the demo and followed up weekly to confirm everything was going as planned with the construction. Highly recommend them if you are ever in need of restoration services!

They were a lot less expensive than another company. They just seemed like a bigger team -- that they would be able to get in and do the work a lot quicker. The one I used is more or less a company that has several people that can get in and get the job done. The principal of the company I used is Joe Gilliam.
Description of Work: I used AdvantaClean for mold remediation. They came in and cleaned out the mold from a closet that moisture came in because of a roof leak. The closet had mold in it. They came in and took it out and scrubbed the air.

They were great to work with - had a plan of action and told us what he thought needed to be done and they immediately went to work! And have been diligent showing up everyday to check moisture levels and stay in contact with me!

Joe came to our house to check out the problem and determine what was needed to fix it. The mold was thoroughly removed and a better light/fan was installed in the shower. Joe checked the finished work and followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. The price seemed fair and reasonable to us. Some other service providers we called wanted money up front for mold testing or didn't even seem interested in the job since it was small.

Went exceptionally well. Was very pleased with Joe and his entire team. They all knew what there job was and worked very efficiently to minimize the damage. Also explained every thing to me in terms I could understand. Very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by everyone involved. Joe was also available to meet with insurance adjuster.
Description of Work: back up of septic system into the house. Joe with his equipment were on site within a couple of hours of initial contact. Knew exactly what to do and how to take care of issues to prevent further damage. All carpet and pad removed, sheet rock cut to expose studs to start drying process and treating for mold etc. Furniture in affected areas removed for treatment and storage.
