Lance showed up at one of my rent houses on August 28th and diagnosed a leak coming from my bathtub. He looked at it for 3 minutes before deciding he had to cut a hole in the wall to see the plumbing. Now that I know more about these issues, I realize that a good plumber would have first removed the drain (do no unnecessary harm type of thing) which turned out to be the problem. He then realizes he needs a part that he can’t get today and asks if he can come back. We schedule for 5:30 on the 30th. This is where it actually turns bad. At 3:30 on the 30th, he texts and says he has to cancel because he forgot about a school event. Apologizes and I say no problem. We reschedule for Friday September 7th at 3:45. On Friday I took off work early and while on my way home, he texts me that he has to move the appointment to Monday the 10th. Normally, at this point I would find a new plumber but since he cut a hole in my wall, I’d really like for him to finish the job and fix it. We reschedule to 3pm on Monday. Monday at 3:50, he texts that he is a muddy mess and can’t do it today and wants to reschedule for tomorrow. I ask him to please make it today because I don’t want to cancel on my tenants again. He’s starting to make me look incompetent as a landlord. He responds very apologetically that this never happens and he is so sorry and can’t come today and wants to make it up. At this point, while writing this, I feel dumb admitting that I rescheduled but I did...for Wednesday the 12th at 3:45. Before scheduling, I asked when he can 100% make it and he said he can definitely make it on Wednesday and if that doesn’t work for me, he’ll rearrange his entire schedule. He also thanked me for my patience and understanding. I take off work early again at 3pm to meet him. At 4pm, I text and ask him for an ETA. I call at 4:05 and get no answer. At 4:08 he texts and says he will not be able to come today or in the future due to “unforeseen circumstances”. I thought he must be joking but sadly he wasn’t. So to summarize...he cuts a hole in my wall and cancels on me FOUR times and refused to finish what he started. This is the strangest encounter I’ve had with a service person and being a landlord I’ve had some bad ones but never had someone drag me along (being very nice and apologetic the entire time) and make me waste so much time and look bad repeatedly to my tenants. Normally I’m not such a sucker so I take some fault, I should have found someone else after 2nd cancelation...posting this so others might save some time.

Great! He made the whole process go smoothly without any issues whatsoever. I was please with how knowledgeable he was and promptly the work was done! Also, he was the most affordable!

Great! He had my hot water going in 2.5 hours which was great because I have small children. The hot tank he had was cheaper than I priced them anywhere else! I will call Lance with all my plumbing problems!

Very well done. The part was found, installed, and the drain was cleared. Couldn't be more pleased with the service or price.

I am very impressed with the great work Lance did. He helped me understand the problem, answered a lot of plumbing questions (I ask a lot of questions), worked me in on short notice, and importantly, bid the lowest price to do the work. I would definitely trust him for future plumbing problems.

Not very good. The quality of work was below standards. He didn't do the work we asked for he had to redo part of the job. The new tub was damaged during installation and said the tiling would cover it up.

It went excellent.Mr. Corbett was very prompt and courteous. He was also very professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease and I felt very confident that he knew what he was doing.

The owner was awesome and very polite. He presented himself very well. He was very prompt as he arrived at the set time. He was very knowledgable and figured out the problem and fixed it promptly. He was very clean and cleaned up any mess he might have made.

Outstanding, no problems whatsoever. Lance did an outstanding job and he has already followed up to make sure we were happy with the job. I am retired construction and cabinet builder and I am VERY picky about work done on my home. I have given his name to several friends and they have been very pleased with him. DO NOT hesitate to call him for your plumbing needs.
