The guy was named Michael and reminded me of a cross between "Gomer Pyle" and "Forrest Gump." I showed him the shower and he removed the valve and told me he had to go to a place called (I think) C&D to get the valve. I asked him for a rough idea of cost. He did not answer as if he was ignoring me. About an hour or so later, he called and said they did not have the valve and to repair it would be $750.00. They would have to break some tiles and install. He did not give me a time frame, just that it would be around $750.00. The cost of the part plus $82.00 an hour. I told him I needed to get estimates and if I wanted to use them I would call back. He ignored me and tried to high pressure me. I finally told him that "I was the consumer and I have the right to get estimates" and hung up on him (conversation is recorded). A contractor that remodeled this house said he was trying to con me that the repair could be done from the back, not touching the tile that had been special order and custom made. The cost should be no where NEAR $750.00. I will NEVER use this company again and recommend you don't either. If I could give them a lower grade than an F, I would. Run and don't look back

Sent a text at about 7:10 am. Saturday. Dave was here before 8; gone before 9, job done. Even cleaned up the yard where he got stuff out of the clean out trap.

Ace's Three did not return two phone calls to schedule installation. I called once on a Thursday afternoon, and again, the following Tuesday morning. After a week, I gave up and called Kirkland Plumbing. They did a fine job.

Called this morning, AC man, Gerald, was there by 10:30 am, Gerald confirmed that all AC ducting was okay. While in the crawl space, Gerald noted that the bath tub drain line strap had broken and drain line had fallen from under the tub. He reattached the strap and suggested cleaning out the drain line - the tub was a slow drainer. Gerald called Larry, who dropped off the cleaning machine, then Gerald "snaked" the line until tub water was flowing again OK. Prompt and thorough, only Gerald had to come out, saved us money, all around excellent in every way. Sam and Patty Williamson

The scheduler was very helpful and professional. Even though they were short-handed on the day I called for an appointment she apologized and scheduled a convenient time for me. Later that day they had a cancellation and would have come to fix my problems but I had already made other plans. I so appreciated that they seemed to do all they could to take care of me in a timely manner and especially to call and keep me in the loop. On the day of my appointment the plumber was on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up his mess. He went beyond what I asked and actually solved a problem I hadn't known about. I would certainly use their services again. The price seemed very fair.

Aces Three Plumbing & Heating know what they are doing. I have a lot of tree roots in the sewer line and they do the best job of anyone that I have hired in the past. I have hired them several times.
