They came out on Friday 8-31-2012. Looked at the washer, said it needed a part and they would order the part. Also stated they could overnight the part, but it wouldn't be there until Tuesday anyway, so no reason to. The part was scheduled to come in Thursday, 9-6-2012. When talking to them Thursday, they said they were really busy and didn't know when they would be able to schedule the repair. Tried calling them twice on Friday - went straight to voicemail. Contacted Samsung. They tried contacting the company multiple times - went straight to voicemail. At this point, I started looking at Angie's list to see what kind of reviews they had. I wasn't able to find them. Went to another web site to look up the company name to make sure I was searching for the 'official' name. That website had several poor reviews (all of the reviews were 1 star) . After my experience so far and the reviews I was able to locate, I contacted Samsung and asked them to send a different service provider.
Description of Work: This was a warranty repair on my Samsung washer.
