I couldn't be happier with the results and Jeff's professionalism and skill. He did it all, with the exception of actually manufacturing the roll-out shelves (this is done by the parent company). I give him my highest recommendation. He measured each space individually and explained why a few roll-out shelves couldn't be made full-width -- because cabinet doors didn't open a full 90 degrees due to dishwasher, etc, so had to be more narrow to clear the door completely -- and made suggestions about the side depth for each of the shelves based on what I would be storing in each, showed where we could place an extra-deep roll-out shelf to store baking sheets & etc, also where we could put an additional roll-out shelf behind one in a blind corner to get more use of the space and also how we could get some extra-wide shelves instead of two standard-width by removing and attaching the stile to one of the cabinet doors. He arrived on time both when doing the quote and the actual installation. He brought an album with numerous pictures of other jobs he had completed and explained each option. He is very knowledgeable about the product, options, and installation. He left the work areas clean and tidy. Great technical and people skills. I felt very comfortable having him in our home. This product is not cheap but we had saved up for a while in anticipation and feel the product and installation are well worth the money. We got a total of 19 roll-out shelves in varying side depths and widths. At the time there was a promotion for a discount for every six shelves purchased. Now my pots, pans, plastic ware, linens, small appliances, large and small cooking vessels and baking pans are all easily visible with the 100% extension shelves. I also can now see all my cosmetics and bathroom items that were hidden in the back of the bathroom cabinet shelves before. I just LOVE these! Jeff made lots of suggestions to save us money as well -- such as which type kitchen items don't need the deeper sides or full extension. (I opted to get 100% extension glides on them all regardless.) I can't say anything negative at all about Jeff's services. We've had the shelves for a little over a year now and they're still functioning flawlessly, naturally in part due to expert installation. I highly recommend him and his company if you're looking for roll-out shelves for new or existing cabinets.
