ceramic tile
+ -1 moreBobby Freeman was supposed to show up Monday. He called on Monday and said that he would come in Tuesday. He did come in Tuesday. He pulled up the carpet in the largest room and said he would return tomorrow with the tile to install. I told him to be at my house on Wed no later than 10am to install the tile (I was picking up guests from the airport). I contacted him Wed morning to verify he was coming to install the tile, and he said he was at Home Depot. Apparently, he didn't have a credit card or truck to actually pick up the tile. Home Depot said that they couldn't rent him a truck, so he told me that he would find his own truck. I still haven't heard from him. He's left me stranded with no tile and left all the tile at Home Depot. I'm still waiting for a call back from him. I feel like I'm getting the run around.
Description of Work: I hired Able Tile to pull up carpet and lay down tile in 3 rooms and a hallway.

+ 0 moreAble Tile quoted a price and time frame that the job would be done; they were right on. They also cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.
Description of Work: Able Tile took out my old carpet in the living room and dining room. Able replaced it with tile.
