Technician called prior to arrive and coordinated visit. Showed up within timeline and discussed options through the process and allowed me to select the best option for me.

I received a text when Jesus was on his way. He explained everything and all of our options and pricing. He did a 29 point inspection. Once again, gave us upfront prices. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem and get the new remotes working even though our Genie motor is very old.
