 + 0 moreIt wasn’t bad or great. It was okay. They were fairly good as far as time is concerned. They could have been more professional. They were very laissez-faire. I asked them to do one small additional thing and they said it would cost me extra. We said that was fine, but I would probably research another company if I needed this type of work done again. I don’t want to be unfair to them and I don’t want to give them a bad name, but I was not impressed.
Description of Work: I purchased a $49 Big Deal for a toilet tune-up with a free hot water tank inspection and whole-house plumbing inspection.

It is a small business, more like a mom and pop style business, so the two gentlemen had some family issues and it was kind of difficult to get him out to my house, but once I got him out there everything was perfect.

 + -1 moreservice was excellent. We had 3 other plumbers come out before him who were unable to fix the problem even though they took my money. He was able to successfully fix my problem. He also looked at my hot water tank just to make sure everything was up to code.

Description of Work: This was a toilet tune up, and plumbing inspection . I had replaced the parts on one toilet, but had two small leaks that I could not seal. The plumber fixed one but did not seal then other. He asked me several times before he left, to check the leaks....which I did...but could not detect a leak. One hour after he left, the slight drip was apparent. When I called him back to explain and asked him to stop by the next time he was s in our neighborhood, he said that "it would cost a lot of money" to have him return. I would not recommend this plumber.

 + -1 moreToilet handle dangles now and you have to hold the handle down for several seconds for the flush. The toilet flush is noisy now. Perhaps the replacement of the inner workings in toilet tank were not for my model of toilet or the only one available for my toilet. I had to call them to come back because i did not think my toilet would flush. (They forgot to tell me that you had to hold the handle down for some seconds in order for it to flush) Other than that, the toilet works just fine. Unstopped my drain pipe on right side of my kitchen sink for $87.50. The drain pipe works properly now. Gave me estimates on additional plumbing needs but the estimate was too high for my budget.

 + -1 moreThe owner is one of the most pleasant people I've ever run across - happy and friendly! His nephew was also very nice. The advertisement was $49 for a complete, whole house plumbing inspection, which was what I expected. I had a leak in an upstairs faucet, which they fixed. They asked which toilet I was having trouble with, which I wasn't, but chose the one used the most and they checked it out and replaced something. Then they checked out the hot water tank, found some corrosion, replaced some pipes, and the whole thing cost more than I thought it would or should. They didn't inspect anything else. They were here working for approximately 45 min., much of which we visited. However, I have nothing to compare their work to, so am not completely comfortable with a less than perfect review.
Description of Work: Fixed a leaky faucet - replaced something on a toilet I didn't know needed replacing - replaced corroded pipes on my hot water tank

 + -1 moreUpon arrival he was very friendly but then requested I sign a document agreeing to pay a $125.00 service fee before he would give me a quotation to replace the heater. I told him I would not sign the document because prior to his arrival I was not informed of any such fee nor had I agreed to pay any such fee. Price quotations are usually free. After a heated discussion, he agreed to eliminate the service charge and proceeded to provide me with the requested price quotation. He then submitted a totally outrages price quotation. I told him I already had a much lower bid and that I would get the work done by someone else. At this time he became very obnoxious, said I was wasting his time, and accused me of lying about the service fee. Actually he wasted my time by trying to rip me off with an excessive price quote and by trying to intimidate me into paying a fee for his quote. I got the work done by Home Depot for about half his quoted price and did not have to put up with any insults.
Description of Work: I had requested a price quote to replace a leaking water heater.

 + 0 moreThey were very pleasant and helpful on my initial phone call. They came out promptly at the time we we agreed on. The work was done fast and I am very pleased with their work. I would use them again in a heart beat.
Description of Work: I had a toliet tune - up where they looked to see if there were any leaks, drips, etc. They replaced the ball and chain inside one of my toliets as the water kept running. They checked all other water pipes and faucets for leaks and problems. They found that my washing machine needed new hoses as mine were cracked rubber. They replaced those very fast.

 + 0 moreThey arrived right on time. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thought that would do more thorough inspection of hot water heater, but guess it was just ok. Did take care of the squeal in the master bath toilet which was main reason I wanted them there.
Description of Work: Did a toilet tune-up to stop master bath toilet from making squealing noise. Recommended replacing flexline hose on master bath toilet. Checked hot water heater and other plumbing fixtures in house, recommended replacing overflow valve on hot water heater for $89.00, but declined.

 + -1 moreThe entire process went very well. James and Preston were very professional and friendly. They let me know when they would arrive and they were timely. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves and started working immediately. They explained what needed to be done and offered me a couple of options. There was a minor problem with the size of the water heater and a trip was made to get the correct size. No charge for the trip! James and Preston stuck around for about 30 minutes to make sure everything was working. They contacted my warranty company and finished everything on site. I am very pleased with the service provided by Jmaes and Preston.
Description of Work: Replacement of broken water heater. Included minor carpentry work due to size issues.

Description of Work: My Air conditioner wasn't working! I take care of three children under 3 years old, and I knew James Dolph from years of his work on my house (plumbing and Heat and Air). He came out the first day he had available (less than 48 hours) and asked me to watch because the people that did a very cheap job of installing my air conditioner had put it too close to the brick wall and was almost impossible for James to work on. I definitely needed to know this- I am calling them to find out why they did that and if they can move it( Ashley's in OKC). He did fix it with very little problem, he cleaned up and left in a reasonable amount of time the same day. James always is kind and professional. He has put new water pipes in my house and cleaned up completely before he left. James told me a few years back that he is fully certified and when He put in a new water heater for me, he called a city inspector to come out right then and inspect his work so I won't have the Gas company tell me that there was a problem. I consider him a friend . I also remember that he has been working at this business for over thirty years. I believe you will be happy with his work .

 + -1 moreI thought his prices were on the high side and rejected the faucet replacement because he wanted $623 just for that job ($300 if I provided the faucet). Also, he didn't listen to me that BOTH sides of the sink were leaking and nearly got out of the house before I convinced him to take another look and repair that leak. It bothered me a little that he seemed overly observant of some of my personal paperwork laying out on a kitchen counter.
Description of Work: Replaced a kitchen pea trap, fixed a leak in another kitchen pea trap, replaced an outside faucet, and fixed a leak in another outside faucet. I rejected a bid for replacement of a kitchen faucet.
