+ -1 moreOf the four gutter companies I called, all from Angie's list, only two responded. A Better had the better price and was able to complete the job on time. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and there were no surprises. I'll refer him to others and will use him again.
Description of Work: Installed 51 feet of new gutter and two downspouts on a residential house.

+ -1 moreI don't really know so much of anything that stood out about them. They were just pretty average. They didn't offend me and they didn't overwhelm me. Their pricing wasn't horrible but they didn't have the best price either. They were fine. I would contact them for an estimate if I needed them.
Description of Work: A Better Guttering Company gave me an estimate for gutter replacement but I didn't use them.

Description of Work: I came across my Thank You card from Brian & Kara of A Better Guttering Co. in January, 2008, which read as follows, "Mrs. Smith, I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to install your guttering. We appreciate your business. Thanks for being a blessing to us." That was the first time I have ever received such a nice thank you for a business. Their service was "first class". They completed the work in the time they quoted me, reasonably priced, left absolutely no trash in my yard, I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a heart beat.

Description of Work: Fixed what the other gutter repair outfit "fixed". Did custom work to my specification,and did it exactly as I asked. Very high level of skill and workmanship, and excellent communication.

+ -1 moreI called and made an appointment for an appraisal. Within a few days the repairman came on the schedule time for the quote. I asked him to do the repair on a Monday. He said he would be back to it by Friday and he was. He had the work completed in under a half hour. They charged me 20% of a quote I received from another gutter company; their charge was $30 the other companies quote was for $250. The repairman was friendly and polite.
Description of Work: About 14 feet of Gutter was loose on 2nd story roof and looked like it was going to pull off during windy days and storms. Refastened hangers and straps on gutter to repair.

They did an excellent job and kept me informed when changes to the original estimate were needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing gutter work.

+ -1 moreThis company did a good job. They were recommended to me by the roofing company I used. The installation looked very sturdy. The workers showed up on time and worked about 2 days on the project. The quality of the gutter system seems to be good. I thought the price was reasonable as well.
Description of Work: I had them install new gutters around my roof. I have a 1400 square foot home and I went with aluminum gutters. They also removed the old gutters from my house.
