+ -1 moreI am just rating the responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism based on the fact that no work was performed. I called the office 2 different times, 2 weeks apart, and was told I would be contacted to set up a scheduled time for an estimate. I was never contacted! This is very frustrating.

+ -1 more31 W Insulation was very professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: 31 W Insulation put insulation in my attic. They also repaired a couple of boards while they were there.
