Description of Work: Delivery drivers were actually early which was great. They did a good job of wrapping and protecting my furniture. They managed to get me moved in 2 hours even with stairs at both locations. The value with the special (3 hours and 25 boxes for $279) was a good deal except that 1 hour of the 3 is allotted to drive time to get to and from my location. The remaining 2 hours were all that were included for actual loading, driving from the old location to the new and unloading. I would have preferred to have 3 hours of actual moving time and pay a flat fee for their drive time to/from my location. I had to make decisions about what I really needed them to move and what I would move myself. However, with the boxes, it was still a good value.

Description of Work: Went great. On time and very careful with several pieces of antique furniture. They wrapped everything well with blankets and were extremely careful. Great job !!

Description of Work: After Hedi's assessment I worked with Kim who was very helpful in organizing our move from Oklahoma City to Florida. The packers boxed all the smaller items and the next day Patrick and assistant took care of the heavy items. He trucked all our stuff to Florida in time and all intact. Great job !

Description of Work: My only complaint was that they did not have the proper tools to take my daughters bed apart. Because of that, it took an additional one and a half hours which essentially doubled the pric e of the service. The guys were fantastic and very professional. They did a good job of everything and were quite cheerful.

Description of Work: They called approximately 45 minutes before they came out. They went right to work but took several smoke breaks that I found to take time out of the work & I wondered if they were going to charge for the breaks. They also left a few things behind, which I didn't understand. I even reminded them to clear out a cabinet and it wasn't done. They were very nice, however, and wanted to do the right thing. They double checked about what I wanted them to do and were very careful about packing.

Description of Work: On their first visit they sent their packers (team of 3). They were on time, professional, nice and efficient. On the second visit, the movers came (2 strong guys) who were on time, efficient, and professional. I have them scheduled for another time for moving items after my estate sale. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Description of Work: They helped finish my move by moving stuff into storage. They did a great job and were super nice. My only complaint was that they got lost and tried to bill me for that time. They did remove it from the invoice when I fought it (but shouldn't have to fight that). |

Description of Work: I had scheduled 3 guys and only 2 showed. However they reduced the price per hour accordingly. The move took twice as long as normal, however every piece of furniture was individually wrapped and the truck was filled to capacity rather than half loads that other movers have done.
