We used this company on a snowy icy day. Three guys arrived when they were supposed to. Worked nonstop throughout the day. They were very careful and courteous. That put blankets around doorways. Very professional. I would defiantly use and recommend them!!

Moved from a two story condo to a one story house. They were able to move all the items in a timely fashion. Sure made the move easy for me.

I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone was! From the packers, who were really fast and thorough, to the movers. who worked hard and long, every aspect was superb. I could not have asked for a better experience. My mother is dealing with a serious orthopedic problem with mobility issues and the movers were so kind and helpful. I felt like my mom was in really good hands. Every single employee was polite, respectful, professional, and a joy to be around. Thank you!

They came out September 30th and it totaled about $500 because we went over a few hours. They loaded our stuff the truck and then they unloaded them in the garage of the new house.

The two-man crew doing the move was excellent. They arrived when they said they would. They were well equipped, experienced and worked diligently to get the work done in a professional and efficient manner. They took care to wrap and pad furniture items and were careful going through doors to prevent damage to the items or doorways. The only issue we encountered was upon job completion when we were presented with the final invoice. We had purchased the Angie's List promotion of 3 hours for $252 (a $30 savings from the hourly rate), with the understanding that additional hours would be $94. They completed the work in 4.25 hours -- which was an hour longer than it had taken to move these same items a few months earlier -- but was still reasonable for the work required. Since we had already purchased 3 hours we would owe for an additional 1.25 hours @ $94 = $117.50, to which we agreed. The crew then "corrected" the invoice to 5.25 hours and wanted another one-hour charge of $94 for travel time. Note that the 4.25 clock hours included the travel time between our pickup house and the delivery house, so this extra one-hour charge was a charge "to get to our job." I reviewed the Angie's List offer and found no mention of being required to pay for travel time -- only that the moves required a three-hour minimum charge. I disputed the additional hour, which was escalated by the crew to office management by phone -- where the travel charge was waived. If not for this invoice correction my Angie's List rating would have been far lower on the basis of false or misleading advertising. Because they ultimately honored their offer as written, I have rated them an "A" overall. I notice that they have now amended the Angie's List offer with the statement that the offer includes "one hour travel." I don't think they are really including one hour of travel in their offer. I think this may still be confusing because what I believe they really mean is that you are paying $252 for two hours of moving (not three, since the first hour is consumed by the travel charge) -- after which the additional hourly charges start running. In summary, we can recommend their service -- we just advise that if the cost is important to you be sure you understand the terms to which you are agreeing.

They did a really great job with all of my items.

First of all the movers were good. They were friendly and polite and I have no real complaints with them. They did scratch up some flooring and make a few marks on the wall, but it was nothing major. I do however have a complaint about the charges. The Angie's list deal is for three hours of time. When I received the bill I was surprised and very disappointed that I was charged an hour for "travel time". I did not see any reference to travel time charges anywhere on the deal including in the fine print. In addition, the deal included some boxes and tape at a $30 value, which I did not use but I was charged $25 for shrink wrap. I feel that I was overcharged $142 unless I just overlooked some other fine print, in which case my complaint would not be valid. In any event, the company should very clearly disclose any additional charges. My $252 turned into nearly $400, an unexpected increase of nearly 40 percent. If I would have known all of the charges up front I would have shopped more carefully rather than trust the site and take the first deal that appeared in the list. I indicated that I would use them again, but if I did I would make sure I knew the total cost.

Very timely, showed up as promised. Great communication. Blanketed and wrapped things to avoid any damage. Safe and courteous drivers. These guys are pros. Picked them because of Angie's List. They lived up the their reviews. I'm a happy customer!

They were punctual, friendly and courteous, efficient and got the job done efficiently and with a sense of humor.They even did a couple things that is normally required to be done by the homeowner because I'm just not big enough or strong enough to do them. They also pointed out a couple of possible safety issues at my new home and told me how to fix them. I had told them that my elderly parents would be helping and would likely try to do "too much." They were very considerate while not letting them do more than they should. I truly appreciated that. I would hire them again except I have NO plans of every moving again. Lol

These guys worked so hard. I have large furniture and it is difficult to handle but they did a great job!

It turned out excellent. It was done just as advertised. They packed the whole house and moved across town and unpacked it. They have a nice price. I’ve used them before and this is my third time using them. They are pretty good.

The truck they brought was not big enough for everything in one load, which left me scrambling to finish on my own after closing late in the day. The houses were approximately 30 minutes apart, which made the option of sending the truck back to finish financially irresponsible, at 94 dollars per hour. I also felt there could have been more than 2 movers, although the movers they sent worked very hard and were friendly. Furniture only had a few defects, but hardwood floors were scratched in multiple places. They also had truck stuck in driveway between trees and tore up a large chunk of my yard getting it out. I was not present for last part but my wife said it took almost 2 hours to get out. The total time of move was 6.5 hours for 1800 sq foot house. The owners were very friendly and responsive to issues. I would give them another shot, but, make sure communication is improved and expectations are laid out for size of truck and amount of movers sent.

Packers were punctual and extremely efficient. These were the fastest packers I've ever worked with. Movers came the next day and were also quick, courteous and careful. The icing on the cake was that the project came in well under the estimated cost. I highly recommend this company.

The workers were on time, careful of my belongings and very professional. IF I ever decide to move again, I would use this company. The company discussed every aspect of my contract and there were NO surprises. I paid exactly what we had agreed upon. I would like to remind people to TIP your movers. They deserve it.

It went very well. The guys were prompt and professional. They loaded the truck with all of my furniture but had trouble starting it. They had to wait on a new truck to arrive and move my furniture into the new truck. It was a pain but everyone stayed professional. I wasn't charged for the extra time.

They were great! We had two large storage units full. It took one load, a few boxes were left because they didn't fit, we chose to move those ourselves rather than pay for another trip. they were on time, actually they were waiting for my husband when he arrived so they were early. They immediately got to work. They were extremely careful with our things, they did not break anything. We had them place all the furniture but put the boxes in the garage organized by room so we could get boxes as we were ready and not have stacks of boxes in the way. They worked extremely hard. They could not have been nicer or more polite. This was my first time hiring movers for my own things but we have had hired a different moving company for my mother in law before. That went horribly so I was a bit scared hiring anyone to move my things. I would recommend this company or use them again. Our two guys were Londell and Victor, and I couldn't be any happier with the job they did.

just fine , although we have since moved from the rental house to new construction. Did it ourselves to save the money. Thought is was a little too high, but then, isn't everything.

We had arranged for our job to start about noon, with the understanding that they would schedule one or two jobs prior to us and their exact arrival time would depend on the completion of those. They kept us informed and arrived about 1pm -- which worked well because my daughter and I had gotten a supply of packing boxes from U-Haul and were busily finishing the packing when they arrived. We gave them the overview and they went right to work loading the truck. They had the entire truck loaded in less than two hours -- furniture, boxes and everything -- a full truck load. They then drove about three miles to our house and unloaded everything in just over an hour, including some setup of major items like beds. Throughout the process they were very professional, careful, efficient and clearly experienced about moving. We have not noticed any unexpected damage. Just one note wasn't clear to me up front -- their time charged included an hour for travel time in addition to their time between initial arrival and departure. I've seen plenty of movers who would have taken more than twice as long to accomplish the same move, so I still considered their service well worth what we paid.

I called 2 Fellas and a Big Vehicle about 10 days before I wanted to move and they were able to come and give me an estimate on packing the house and then pack my 2100 sq ft home (and full garage) in 6 hours the day before we moved to Stillwater. On moving day the crew was very prompt, polite, and took great care with our things. In unpacking, we haven't found any damage. They were very organized and professional. The estimate that was given to me was slightly over the actual cost, and I appreciate and estimate on the high side. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

It went very well. I was charged about $150 more than the deal because it was based on time, which was for two or three hours and it actually took longer to do the move. I didn't have a whole house full of furniture and I'm sure that would've took longer. I did have some antiques and things that I really didn't want to have family members move. My family moved a lot of boxes and things like that, so I had already moved my heaviest items. 2 Fellas & A Big Vehicle did a really fine job and they were very professional. I felt like I got special treatment because the owner was training a new person. I had two young men plus one of the owners and he was basically training this guy on what to do and how to do it the right way. It was good and they were very careful. I was very pleased with what I got and the price. I think I got a good price.

Punctuality was a bit off... they never quite set up the time and date of the initial quote, so Heidi ended up arriving at our place when nobody was home. Fortunately, I was just a few minutes away. The packers showed up about 20 minutes late one day, and the movers showed up about 15 minutes late the next day. The packing ladies were very good, all items were carefully prepared and boxed securely. The moving guys (Francisco and his brother Gio) were great!! They were very professional, friendly, and worked incredibly hard all day. I was highly impressed. Way to go guys, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to move.

The scheduling went smoothly. I had some reservations. They helped me as much as can be in that they hooked up my washing machine for me however they put the hoses on backwards and I had to have someone come to repair that. They also charged me for an hour travel charges but they did not disclose this beforehand. They were careful with things. It took five hours and they charged me for six. I would probably not use them again because they did not disclose the travel charges.

They showed up within 5 minutes of the appointment. We had to have everything loaded into truck within 3 hours to leave for closing. I was worried and they got it done with time to spare. They wrapped every single piece of furniture and large item in pads with duct tape and still got it done in 3 hours. We were moving out of a 1600 sq. ft home with about 50-60 boxes. They were very hard working, fast, professional, and took great care with our things - didn't hear a bunch of banging into walls and doors like I have with other movers in the past. They had to wait around for about 3 hours while we closed on both homes. We called them after closing and they beat us to the new house. They unloaded in about 3 hours and setup beds they had to take down at first home. We had Londell and Victor as the 2 fellas and I'd ask specifically for them. Super nice guys and very fast. If I move again and they're still doing it I'm for sure going to ask for them.
