"I told the provider what I needed cleaned and it was not. She did not come prepared with the tools to clean. There’s still cobwebs in corners of ceiling. I asked for base boards in 1 bathroom to be cleaned and she didn’t have anything to clean it with. Needless to say it wasn’t done. She did not bring furniture polish to polish furniture. She used a feather duster on the glass and wood and it was a poor job. I had to redo when she left. She didn’t clean the sliding glass doors in the living room or the front glass door. I paid for 4 hours and she was here 2 1/2 hours. The first thing she asked when she came inside was for the password to our WiFi. Why would she need that? When she finished doing the so called cleaning of my house, she went to the restroom and took a crap. Left my house stinking. What a sorry job and I paid for this because I’m having family stay for the week. I’m so disappointed , I want a refund ASAP so I can hire someone else to do the job right."
