Description of Work: We called this Handyman a week ago to discuss a Patio Enclosure in front entrance of our Townhome and a 13' x 23' Wooden Deck in the back....Jerry came out Sunday (1st) and looked at the job...told us that he will call and come by to give us a proposal for the workFriday (6th)....He didn't call or showed up by late afternoon, so I called him....He said that he didn't have his paperwork/pricing withhim and said that he will come by Sunday (8th)...He never called, didn't show up...We're eager to get started on our projects but do notwant to deal with someone that is unreliable such as this Handyman...If he can't make it, or if he doesn't want to do the job, he should have said so in the first place...This is the first call for a handy person with Angie's List...Not a good experience... Description of Work: I needed an old bathroom updated with tile removed and marble installed, a vessel sink installed, a new toilet installed, molding cut and installed....Jerry did it all and was very reasonable. I watched him use a level to make sure the toilet was seated level and would not rock...he knew what parts were needed when the vessel sink did not come with everything....I plan to use him again next week to fix a leaking window and a screen door that won't shut properly. Thank you Jerry!

Description of Work: This service was performed at my Dad's home. Since he is elderly I looked up the information for him on Angie's list and supplied the phone number. My dad reported that he was fast and punctual and performed the job as instructed. Jerry repaired a downspout that had a runoff that was buried underground. This was much needed as water was damaging the stucco. A big thanks to Jerry's Home Improvement.
