Fortunately for us, his response time was quick, although I understand from past experience in this business that clients may have emergency IT problems that may delay previously set appointments. It's always a balancing act. He is very efficient and quite capable of helping us. He bills monthly, and although I haven't seen his first charges, from the info he supplied to us in our initial visit, his rates are very reasonable.
Description of Work: Korry Rogers was recommended to us as a possible resource for IT support at our office. It was apparent from our first meeting that he had the professionalism, training and knowledge needed.

+ -1 moreOur son is in college in OK, got a virus on his laptop with a critical paper due and was essentially shut down. We contacted Versatile Networks from Texas, they were very prompt and had him back up and running in approximately 24 hours. Fast, professional service.

+ -1 moreWe had such a great experience with Versatile that we now use them as our regular IT company and would recommend them to anyone else looking for quality home or business tech support.
Description of Work: Versatile Networks did a great job helping me with a plethora of computer and network issues. My small business runs multiple computers on our domain with several network devices that all have to run together efficiently. Versatile came in, looked and acted professional, and quickly solved our network communication issues. They also installed two new network printers, mounted our flat panel tv with the cables hidden in the wall, and fixed the voice mail problems we were having with our phones. We had such a great experience with Versatile that we now use them as our regular IT company and would recommend them to anyone else looking for quality home or business tech support.
