+ -1 moreOverall, the job went really well. All of the workers were very professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. The cabinets were custom-made and the tile work was outstanding. There was one spot in the drywall behind the door that was cracked, and we did not notice it. We did not contact the contractor to fix it, so I don't have a review on his responsiveness for this item. The bathroom is really beautiful - overall they did a great job. I would hire them again.
Description of Work: Tobin construction did a complete remodel of the master bath in our house. They designed the project and sub-contracted for the work.

Description of Work: Added a 12' x 33' covered patio to back of house, matching the current roofing structure, added a 16' x 18' finished garage which included a 13' x 60' concrete driveway.

+ 2 moreMike Tobin drafted/designed the remodeling plan and everything was well organized. Everything was done on time and the workers were very professional. The materials and craftsmanship are excellent.
Description of Work: This was a complete remodel of our master bathroom. The job required several sub-contractors and took about 7 weeks, including the Christmas holidays. We shifted from one sink to two, the bathtub was taken out, all new tile around tub/shower and on floor, all new counters, sinks, cabinetry, new drywall and paint.

+ 3 moreEveryone who worked on the project was professional and efficient. It took about four weeks to complete. Mike Tobin was very easy to work with and knowledgable, offering helpful suggestions and making sure everything was completed to my satisfaciton.
Description of Work: My small master bathroom was completely renovated, except for the walk-in closet. All walls with old tile were taken out in the shower, down to the studs. The floor tile and old cabinetry were removed. It is now modern, up-to-date and beautiful--new tile shower, linen closet, floor tile, vanity, electrical work, and plumbing fixtures.
