Description of Work: We use Thompson Pool And Patio for our pool maintenance and to open and close our pool. They were last here during the winter to do a little maintenance thing and before that they were here in the fall. They are coming Friday to open our pool.

Description of Work: I developed a leak in my pool, last August. They told me to close the pool and reopen it in late spring and to recontact them. I did so, reopening the pool in May. They took two weeks to come out, then said they couldn't find a leak and referred me to a leak detection company. That company said the inlet valve needed caulking and they didn't do that kind of work. I called Thompson's back. They said they would be out. Two weeks later a kid came and looked at the pool and said he would talk to "John". A week later I called and asked for John. The woman asked what I needed and I told her. She put me on hold and came back and said "We don't do that kind of work." Start to finish: 10 months of losing water and electricity. By the way, Bowen Pools came out in 3 days and fixed the problem! The $2000 is because they required that I keep the pool clean before they came out. Their charge was only $76.
