I have used this company several times. Each time I call Jennifer answers and handle my appointment planning. I had a complaint about a couple of items being over looked before and Jennifer handled professionally and it was taken care of the next day. I have also had last minute requests and she arranged to fit me in, if I am not mistaken she came out and personally handled so it would be completed in the time frame needed. The professionals that come out I trust to complete and take care of my home.
Description of Work: I have previously had a deep cleaning and continue to have regular cleanings.

My husband called the next day and told me what they had charged. I called them to complain. They me they had a 100 % money back guaruntee, and that they didn't touch "trinkets" which is why they didn't dust. They emailed me a photo they took of the cabinet and told me the reason they didn't get it clean was because my husband ask them to start in the bedroom and that they normally start in the kitchen and that is was worse than they thought. They also said that I had told them that I had only 3 dogs but they said there were 5 dogs and a cat which was not true. They sent out two people to finish the job and they dusted the fireplace hearth and bookshelves next to the fireplace. I couldn't tell that they had done anything else. So I emailed photographs of things they missed like the half scrubbed bathtub, the entry, the kitchen cabinets, and cob webs on the prints in the living room and light fixtures and ask for my money back. They responded by calling and telling me that they wouldn't give my money back but that they would send someone out again for two hours.They told me that the girl that cleaned my house was one of their best cleaners and that she was even one of the trainers. The girl that called me wouldn't let me speak, and then hung up on me. I will never use or recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I had asked for a "Deep Clean" service they offered. I told them the condition of the house up front. I wanted them to clean approximately 800 sq.ft of living space that was very dusty and a lot of cobwebs. I also told them that I had two puppies that I was potty training and that I was looking for someone to clean on a weekly basis. They told me they charged $30 an hour and it would take about 10 hours but if I had them come out that Friday they would give me a discount of $23 an hour and that it would cost approximately $250. They sent two people out who arrived 12:10 and stayed until 8 pm with a lunch hour. They cleaned the half bath in the master bedroom and the main bathroom, they scrubbed the bottom kitchen cabinets and the upper cabinets on one side, they cleaned the ceiling fans and vaccumed. They flipped the dusty side of the blinds in the bedroom so that they looked like they were clean. When I got home at 5:00 I couldn't even tell that they had been there except in the bedroom where the blinds looked clean. The final 3 hours they were they they vacuumed the living room, wiped the fans on the ceiling fan and scrubbed the cabinets. What they didn't do was dust, remove the spider webs, clean the entry, finish scrubbing the bathtub, and the floors in the kitchen entry and hall were sticky and looked worse than when they came in. I also specifically asked to have the trim on the cabinets cleaned which they took a swipe at but just above the cooktop. They left their trash on my front porch.

After reading the customer’s complaint to your business, we feel that we do not owe this customer more than she was offered. We pride ourselves in keeping notes and records on each of our customers and with being as fair as possible without creating turmoil. Mrs. (Member), we feel is in what we call as “trying to get something for nothing.” We sent a team to fix the areas she complained to the office about, which are listed at the bottom of the work order where we came back for the redo. While the crew was in her home, she asked them to clean some areas that Angela and Chris (the employees) were told not to do. We know this because our trainer Angela was sent back with one of our lead trainers, Rosa, to fix the complaints. Both employees have worked for us for at least six months or more with no record of being a problem. We instructed them to let the customer know that if she was wanting those things done now, she will be charged for the time. This took place Wednesday, December 14, 2012, 2 days after the original cleaning. We did not hear from the customer again until we received the email on 12-22-12, which is when she claimed more things were missed and that she had pictures. I, Jennifer Moore, am the one who contacted her back after she emailed the pictures and said I would give the information to our owner’s and will call her back with the results of their decision. When I called her back with the decision she did begin to argue over the result saying she will never use the service again and she began to raise her voice. All decisions made by the owners are as stand and I felt there was no reason to argue with Mrs. (Member) anymore. Their reasons were explained as we cannot say the team came and did nothing.. We cannot say that the pictures sent to us were from the time they cleaned the week before so we would offer 2 man hours credit in good faith. When customer began to argue this point I interrupted when I thought she was beginning to raise her voice to keep from being yelled at and said simply “Ma’am this all we can offer you which will be noted and that was all I could do for here. Have a nice day.” As you can see in the attached documentation she followed up with the BBB on 1/5/12, our response to here, and then all email transmissions and notes. If I may be of any more assistance, please feel free to call our office at 405-447-4964, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Email will be forward also. In regards to Mrs. (Member)’s complaint to your business, I do want to point out a few disagreements with what she is saying. 1. At the time she could not give us the square footage of the areas she was wanting cleaned and we guessed between 6-8 man hours. Nothing was said about 10 man hours. 2. $23 an hour was given because we were running a special until Christmas. Normally it would be $30 an hour. 3. She said we arrived @ 12:10pm left at 8:00pm and took lunch. No record that the team took a lunch and we show arrival as 12:30pm. 4. We do not clean mini blinds because they are so fragile. They would have only touched the blinds to let in more light or to dust the window sills only. 5. Trash on front porch. When collecting trash they are instructed once full for the time being, until ready to leave, set it on front porch or right inside front door. Simple mistake of leaving it sitting there because employees have been known to leave supplies we provide them behind. 6. I called them the following day of cleaning to tell them the hours and charge since the team had not told them that day the ending amount. 7. We do NOT do 100% money back guarantee. We guarantee our work 100% by sending a team back out within 48 hours to fix items missed. Can give customer names and numbers if needed who have had this happen. 8. The “trinkets” she is referring to might be the glass bowls on her mantel she asked me about. She was expecting them to be taken down, hand washed and dried, then put back up, which she did not ask about until she called and complained. Did tell her the dust them off, but if she was wanting that done it would be more time. 9. No photo was emailed to her that I know of but she was told our employees have been taking pictures to cover themselves because they do not get paid for the time it took to redo items they missed. The pictures we were able to receive from the employee whow precise before and after pictures of the same item. 10. We know she has 3 dogs and then the team made us aware of the cat. No one said she had 5 dogs. 11. You will note on the route sheet the day of the redo empolyees stayed for a recorded time of an hour and 15 mins but we do know they stayed a little longer than that. 12. Like I had stated earlier pictures and email was sent a week after the redo and we cannot say whom was right or wrong. Sincerely, Jennifer Moore - Manager

They were very poor. They were not good at all. They just missed the basic. They were two people that came in. They cleaned the house and just a few walk in. They just missed basic things like dusting when they first saw when they walked in. They finally rinsed all their mops and everything in the sink but didn't rinse my sink. I don't want them coming back here again.

Description of Work: Horrible.... broke lamp, napkin ring holder and tried to hide it. my house was not clean it felt dirty. plus, smelled like cigarettes I guess my 1500 sq ft house was too much for them and needed to take a smoke break and leave the buttes in my garden. never ever again.

The two women showed up on time and worked hard, but the overall cleaning was not "intense" it was perfunctory. What I mean by this is that there was still dust in areas they missed, and the kitchen countertops and other surfaces were not as clean as I would expect from an "intense" clean. They also did not move light furniture to clean underneath it, and did not pull the couch cushions and vac the couch as I would have expected. I was disappointed enough that I called them back to finish the job, which they did to my satisfaction and overall I was pleased with the second attempt, but would not call them back again due to their inattention.
Description of Work: Overall apartment cleaning, including floor mopping, vacuuming, dusting, counter, cabinet and appliance surface cleaning, bathroom cleaning including tile and fixtures, light fixtures throughout, ceiling fans throughout, and window sills (not windows). This was supposed to be an "intense" cleaning.

Hit and miss results. Some of the crews were very meticulous, others finished early and asked if they could just go, rather than finding things to clean up. Ultimately I decided it was not worth the money for the job being done. They do call the day before to remind you, but you have to ask them if you want an estimate on time.

I gave this company a second chance after not completing the job the first time. If you want streaks on your furniture (dusting & polishing) or dust still on your furniture, this is the company to call. If you want to go behind them and finish the job right, this is the company for you! The second experience was not any better than the first. The company itself called the first cleaning, "half-a**"!

After the services were supposed to have been completed no one contacted us to do a final walkthrough. After we arrived back at the house we found that the bathrooms had not been cleaned, the floors were still noticeably stained and it looked as though a very small amount of light cleaning had been done. After working with a manager for a week we received a 50% refund. This was after I was lied to by the women who had cleaned the house in the first place about how they had called and done a final walkthrough. Management was very helpful in resolving this matter to our satisfaction but the cleaning service itself was VERY POOR.
Description of Work: Hired to finish cleaning a house that had just been renovated. There were no carpets, but the baseboards, bathrooms, windowsills, fireplace, and kitchen needed general cleaning. These were the services that were supposed to be performed.

Sooner Maid is fabulous to work with. They come biweekly, always the one staff member we have requested to be the 'regular' plus 1-2 helpers. Since we are on biweekly they deep-clean one room of the house every time they come. I am a work-at-home professional and can say without a doubt that their team is punctual, efficient, and hard-working. They use environmentally friendly products which won't bother our pets or me, and I'm sensitive to housecleaning chemicals. Our home always feels like a fresh, cleaned model home when they're finished! Our granite gleams, our sinks are spotless, and every knick-knack in the house is carefully dusted. It's such a joy when our cleaning day rolls around. Sooner Maid is helping our new house keep looking new, and they're respectful of our home, all of its occupants (even the four-legged variety) and all of what's held within it. They would send 2 or 3 people at different times. When I requested certain ones that I really liked, I could never get them again. Once I asked them to come ahead of schedule for company coming in and they would not work with me. They would ask for me to accomodate them on previous times but would not accomodate me with the schedule. I finally stopped using them.
