Initial install seemed to go well and quickly, but after nearly a year of back and forth asking them to finish out work for an attic addition, we were forced to move on to another contractor to finish. The primary issue was their inability to complete the work to code for City of Norman OK and pass inspection. They seemed to find it difficult to even work with the city to have inspections scheduled, and when they did, after multiple attempts, their work would not pass inspection. We had them removed as a vendor from the permit at one point but added them back on to give them one more chance, with the result being another failed inspection. This contractor found it difficult to return calls/texts and never reached out proactively to try and follow up on outstanding tasks. We finally engaged another company who were able to respond quickly with lots of proactive communication, and finish all needed work with a scheduled final inspection for the issued (and re-assigned) permit.
