It is a bummer of a carpet service. Two large stains came up and they said it was not their fault. I told them they were not there before and they said they could not help it. They said it must have reacted to something that was already in the carpets. Nothing happened there. When they got through with the white couch it was a gray couch. I just thought their cleaning solution was dirty. So I got the shaft and a dirty couch. The rest of the work they did on the carpets they did a good job overall but there wee re two stains about 30 inches in diameter that magically popped up and looked uglier than h*ll, but there was nothing I could do about it. I could have taken them to court but I did not want to go through that hassle. They got their machine back out and scrubbed again but nothing happened. Their price was average, reasonable. They showed up right away.

I have used Sooner Carpet Cleaners probably a half dozen times. They are always on time and do a really good job of cleaning the floors. If you are looking for friendly honest folks that are locally owned and do a good job then I recommend Sooner Carpet.

I called on a Monday a price was quoted and the service was scheduled for 9 am the next day. Dalton was punctual and friendly. He got on the roof and even made sure all the piping was properly connected in my attic. The whole cleaning took less than an hour. The final price was even lower than the quote. It was a great experience and I will call Sooner Carpet again the next time I need any duct cleaning.

Have used for several years. Always tries tries to accommodate my schedule. I have tried others carpet cleaning services over time and Sooner is best one.

Cleaning equipment failed on first truck. They returned to the shop for a second truck which was another unexpected delay. Another issue with the cleaning wand which may have been working correctly. The final issue that I have a problem is after al that member said they take tips. Really!

~~~~ I can't say enough about the quality of Troy's supervision over the work. AWESOME!!!! I also have not seen such hard workers as Rodney and Trent in years. They were wonderful and courteous. My friend and I had pleasant conversations with them during and after his repairs. They did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning my carpets. I found them through the phonebook and then looked them up on Angie's list. I was worried about getting someone who could get the wrinkles out of my carpet because they were small but many of them throughout the room. The bumps are pretty much gone and the room looks and smells fantastic again after the cleaning,too . Sooner Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning prices are very reasonable. I would absolutely call him again for any help I need with my carpets. (If you have some bumps in your carpet and are debating whether or not to get this service, I would highly recommend doing it - it's easy, affordable and makes your room look much better). And yes I sound like a commercial but they truly ere top notch. .

Technicians were great. Sooner Carpet Cleaning was fast to respond and their work was amazing.. They were able to get all the stain out of the carpets and made them looks practically new. I will use them again.

They were very good. They didn't have to come out for any additional treatments. They were able to come out within a few days.

Terrible. They flooded the garage with equipment overflow and broke a marble windowsill. They will not return calls, and I am taking them to small claims court. The owner brought his attorney and we were forced to settle for synthetic windowsills so that they would match. The broken sill was marble. The company attempted to hide the broken seal by placing the pieces together so that the break was not noticeable. I am updating this review because I recently provided another review and noticed that Angie's list has the option of looking at all reviews I have done in the past. I found the reply below, and thought I would elaborate regarding our experience. The response further reflects the lack of honesty and integrity that we experienced with this firm years ago. I do see that recent ratings are much better than prior ratings. Perhaps the firm has a better understanding about how ratings on Angie's list affect their business, or perhaps they are under new management? I don't know, but my experience was many years ago.
