They were very busy as our town had received unusually heavy rainfall which resulted in flash flooding. However, after they made their initial assessment, it took hours for them to return to begin the work. They two workmen were very cordial and did a good job; however, we thought their pricing was really expensive and over priced. This wasn't the first time we had ground-water flooding and this service was about 4 times more expensive than we have ever paid. But, we were desperate to get the water removed as the carpet and bad were new and had only been down 3 weeks.

Amazing job. They were extremely courteous and professional. Let me know what they would be doing and got to work immediately. The results beat my expectations. I didn't know my carpet could look so clean. I highly recommend the tile cleaning. People don't have this done on a regular basis and it's easy to forget how your tile and grout should actually look. Servpro brought it back to life. I will definitely call on them for their services again. Carpet and tile look practically brand new!

It's a focused service. The technician really didn't like giving me what I needed. Being in a condominium complex, some things aren't entirely up to me, especially for exterior problems or things caused by exterior problems. He gave me a hard time. But I had understood what I had called him for and I was getting a report. His computer went down and he had to retrieve information. Then I had to get a decoding of the information from him. He didn't send me any commentary and the charts didn't mean anything. It was difficult getting the kind of documentation I needed to pass on to my board of directors. I don't know how to compare the price but it wasn't cheap. The quality of the initial work was better than the results I got out of it. I won't use them again if I can help it.

It was pretty expensive, and not all the spots came out. Servpro were here right away, and very professional and friendly. I don't know if I would hire them again, because they did do everything they could, but my carpets just weren't clean enough.

I am pleased with the work done by Servpro. They were recommended to me by the place I purchased the carpet from. I am pleased with the results.
