Rocky Mountain carpet cleaning did amazing job re-stretching my carpet and got all the ripples out. Would highly recommend.

He was very contentious. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned or re-stretched.

There service was great, the follow up was good, and they cleaned up after themselves. Hiring them was quick and easy.

We hired Rocky Mountain for a simple clean. We had just repainted our entire house and about to list it for sale. The day they came out to do our living area and two bedrooms a hose busted. It was sprayed all over my ceilings, freshly painted walls and trim. It was all over my bathroom sink, counters, tiled shower and shower curtain. The carpet was less then 6 months old. It was bad. The carpet were terribly stained with black. We had him come the following Saturday to try and get the black to come up. It did not. He assured me it would be replaced and he would contact his insurance company. Our first phone call about what I wanted replace and what I expected was met with a nasty attitude. I was afraid the process would be sour and emotions would go south. I was under the impression he had already talked to his insurance agent. I called the installer that had just installed the carpets 6 months prior and got a quote to replace. And contracted my home owners insurance. We sent him the quote and he said to us to send him the invoice after the job was done and he would submit it to his insurance.â We of course met this with skepticism. He should have already been in contact with his insurance as he had stated he already did. Now I am afraid he is going to try and avoid replacing the carpets as he should. They are ruined and there is not saving them. We are devastated.

The owner Tony and his assistant James showed up for the appointment on time, stretched my bedroom carpet and cleaned the entire room. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Will use them again.

Tony at Rocky Mountain Carpet Cleaning and his assistant did an amazing job stretching our carpets. They arrived a few minutes early, assessed the situation, got started, and finished much quicker than I had planned. They were careful to clean up after themselves and were very pleasant. The best part is they were very affordable. We will definitely use Rocky Mountain again.

Tony was nice, on time, and did a good job.

The seam where they replaced the carpet is more noticeable than I expected but maybe that is normal. Also, the installer, Tony, did not notice that the replacement carpet piece had a blue mfg mark and had to cut it so that now it has two seams rather than one. The extra seam is behind the bedroom door and not normally noticeable but a true pro would not have made that mistake. The installer had to work with a remnant I had left over from the original installation back in April, 2017.

Tony was informative regarding ways to keep my carpet looking GOOD. HE is pleasant as well as professional. He & his helper did an AWESOME JOB repairing my carpet, cleaning chairs & ottomans, as well as cleaning the carpet!

very good at his job and his knowledge

He repaired a few places where cats/dog had torn up. Cleaned a few rooms in my house, but forgot to do the dining room, which was the one room my wife wanted. Not a big deal as he cut us a good deal on the cleaning itself. 4/5

The contractor smoothed the carpet as it was folding in areas. Also he shampooed the carpet. He did a good job for this type work.
