Friendly, courteous. I bought the house and the carpet needed cleaning. He did a great job. Removed some bad stains that I thought would not come out. Then there were a few stains that I knew would not come out, but he did make them look a lot less noticeable. He made the carpet look very good so I won't have to replace it for a while.
