Good experience. What he couldn't get out he knew ahead of time and explained to me that it was a stubborn stain and his difficulties in tackling it. He did a great job overall! I'm very pleased.

I received a call from Tony minutes after submitting my request late on a Sunday night. Tony then showed up the next day to provide an estimate of the job. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Tony was able to schedule a time for the repair to fit my schedule. Rocky Mountain was very reasonably priced and excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

after he left I looked at the job & it was really bad. the seam that he cut looks like he used a saw instead of a carpet knife. there is still areas in the back of the room that has humps that need to be taken out. There are other things that I could list but just let me say I will never use his service again. If I could mark the score lower, I would.
