I've never had such a terrible experience with any company ever. They made promises they didn't keep (about how the shed would be priced). They FORGED MY SIGNATURE on the sales contract. They did not keep their installation schedule – there were delays after delays. They installed the shed incorrectly, and – even though they made offers to help correct it – they never came through with assistance, which meant I had to spend additional money to have a contractor fix their mistakes. They would not provide any discount, even though the sales manager said they took "full responsibility" for the incorrect installation. This is a shady operation from sales, to sales management, to billing, to customer service. No one, except for the installer, was the slightest bit professional. To add insult to injury, the shed they installed LEAKS like a sieve, so I am having to spend even more money fixing even more of their mistakes and shoddy work. QB installed a literal piece of garbage on my property and took no responsibility for it at all. Please save yourself the headaches and RUN from this business!

Upon delivery, it arrived on time ( 2 hour window ), was placed exactly where we wanted it, they leveled unit, then left the area otherwise undisturbed.| We have just ordered a 2nd building from them today ( 27 Jan 2014 ).

Purchasing was made easy, and I was given a great deal of customization options with clear prices for any options added. The salesperson asked me questions about what I would use it for, and suggested some options, most of which we were already considering. We purchased a side door 12x16 shed, with lofts on both ends, but without windows. Removing the windows did lower the price a bit. We also added a ramp, which is necessary to drive the lawn tractor into the shed. Upon delivery, we were encouraged to inspect the shed, which we did. There were some minor blemishes caused during shipping, and the delivery person had paint to touch these places up. It was set up, leveled, and installed within an hour. All construction is solid. Any defects we noticed since were minor: one of the anti-sag devices was stripped, and could not be tightened. While I think they should have noticed this before delivery,a person was sent out to replace the device, so all is well. The only concern we had was that a large truck was driven across our yard. We expected the "mule" to move the shed, but not the entire truck, complete with two other sheds to do so. This left some half-inch deep ruts in the lawn, which should spring back through a freeze/thaw cycle. If not, they promised to take care of it next spring, which was my suggestion. Given the honestly of their staff to date, and their highly responsive nature, I feel comfortable waiting to see if the lawn recovers on its own. None of the damaged areas was torn up, just compressed.

We were in the market for a tool shed to replace our garage. Our garage was built when our house was built, in 1927. The existing garage is located in the back of the house and since cars are much larger today than back in 1927, it could only be used for storage. We decided to remove the garage and replace it with a tool shed. We looked at storage sheds at Lowes and Home Depot. The size we wanted (8X8) ran from $700-$1000. Then we discovered that these were kits and required construction and painting. Since I had bypass surgery a month ago, construction was out of the question. We discovered Quality Buildings. They hqve a lot on the corner of Robinson and 24th ave SW. They have all different sizes of buildings on the lot. We picked out the size, building material, and paint. For $1400 they custom built our tool shed and delivered the finished product. The quality is much better than the sheds we looked at at Lowes and Home Depot. Considering the estimates we were able to get for construction of the kits and the painting of same, the $1400 was a very good deal. The representatives were knowledgeable, informative, and professional in all areas of our experience.
