 + 0 moreShowed up on time. Did not park in the driveway until he knew it was okay to do so. Introduced himself. Removed his shoes so as not to track snow and dirt into the house. Came prepared with all the equipment and tools needed to do the job. Worked proficiently - was done in an hour. Rates were reasonable. Very pleased. Will definitely use him again and have already referred him to friends and family.
Description of Work: Replaced trap and unclogged drain.

Description of Work: Phil Strategier has been our plumber since we moved into our house in 2006. He is very nice, courteous and professional. He knows his stuff and he is very good at his job. He replaced our water heater in 2007 and has performed multiple little fixes for us all with great results. We plan on using him again for our bathroom remodel this summer.
