 + -1 moreI have a home warranty. I had an issue with their sub contractor and they did solve the problem. It just took more work on their behalf. I would probably give them a good strong B because I didn't feel like they vetted their contractor that they sent out for my water heater and a it turned out, they got rid of them. So I can't really complain but they should have vetted them originally a little better.
