Home inspection includes Roof, attic, insulation, appliances, plumbing, heating, electrical, air conditioning, fireplace, lot drainage, foundation, and structural. Thermal imaging camera is used for evaluation of electric contacts for hot spots and energy related items such as missing insulation or sealant.

Services we don't offer

We do not inspect Pools or septic & well systems. We leave these to the professionals.
