The young man that came to my house from Norman Nerds arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable. Also, he was very polite and listened to my questions and responded to them in a way that I could understand. I am not very computer savvy. He fixed what he need to fix efficiently and accurately; helped me decide what security programs that I needed; and reconfigured Windows 8 so that I could use it more efficiently. All this took much less time than I expected. The cost was quite reasonable! My experience was nothing but positive. I will use Norman Nerds again and recommend them to friends.

Everything went great. Eric Crawford (Norman Nerds) is the best in the business. His technical expertise is top-of-the-line. I have used Eric for many types of in-home computer work during the past several years, always with great results, and I highly recommend him.

I love this company. I have used them for 5 years now and they are always present and concerned with my problems.

diagnosed problem with computer. Searched for replacement parts. Parts were not readily available and evaluated the costs of repair vs replace. Ended up purchasing new computer and had files transferred from the old to new computer. Cost was reasonable for all of the services provided. Phone calls and messages were promptly returned.

It went fine with Norman Nerds. I was very pleased with the problems and I guess I couldn't be any happier with what he did. They were prompt and took care of the problem. They were able to identify what was wrong right away and the technician was very polite and explained everything. He seemed to be quite qualified.

I would tell others to use them. This was probably the fourth time in the last seven years that I've used them. Since it was a laptop I took it to them but in the past they've come out to the house for the desktop. Their service is comprehensive and complete. They are reasonably priced. Their service turnaround is excellent.

Angie's List woman came in and did all kinds of troubleshooting and called up the people that I bought the computer from and then called up Hewlett Packard, the people who made the computer. They went over everything and what she had to do was to take the cover off the computer hard drive as something had come loose and she had to plug it back in. Once she got it plugged backed in, she got everything updated for me. She got the MacAfee installed and she got all my warranties done. What she did was just amazing in an hour and a half. It was very impressive. They were on time. I had a 9'O clock appointment and they were here at 9:01 and that's important to me because I work night. They did an extremely good job of troubleshooting. From the time she walked in the door until it was time for me to pay, this woman worked the entire time. I'm going to call them back again if I have anymore problems. Their price was good and better than most other places. Most other places charge before they walk in the door. They've got a $60 or an $80 fee before even they've touched anything. They charged for what they did and the woman worked the entire time that she was here. Their quality was perfect. Their professionalism was excellent. They did everything that they were supposed to do. They call themselves as computer nerds and she is like a nerd.
