They were great and verified the problem and fixed it quickly.

The service person who came checked out everything and attributed the noise to the door sticking due to lack of lubrication on the sides. After he had taken care of the problem he informed me on how to avoid difficulty in the future by telling me how and when to do future spray lubrication applications. I might also mention that the light bulb in the opener was burned out, and he replaced it without my requesting it. So appreciated, as it's not easy for an older lady like me to climb up on a ladder to change bulbs!

Norman Garage Door came, first thing, on the day after I called. They called before coming, arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem, replaced the electronic eye, and charged a fair price. They were professional, competent and polite.

They showed up early the next day after I called. Fixed it quickly and it didn't cost much at all.

Came and oiled door, $95 service call

I called for an appointment and they game me a time that they would be here. He was actually here a little ahead of time. Apparently he was only a few streets over from us fixing someone's door. He came over and was very friendly and asked what we needed. Our garage door was not working properly from the car remote and we were having to get out and punch in the code to close the door. He went and looked at the sensors and cleaned off all of the cobwebs and stuff on and around the sensors. We then tried the door and it worked fine. I asked him how much I owed him and he said he would catch me next time I needed service. It may not have been much, but he could have charged me for a service call. Needless to say, I was very pleased and will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any work needed on a garage door.

They responded right away. Within a day or two, they arrived, even accommodated my very tight schedule that day. Within 10-15 minutes, the tech had fixed some bad wiring. He would not accept payment. I have not had a problem with the door for some 3 months since then.

I called about 9 am. Technician completed the job at 1045 on the same day. Friendly, efficient and effective. Couldn't be happier. Thanks!

It was quicker than expected. My wife and I were very satified with the material used. Overall better than expected.

A technician came and looked at the job to give an estimate and said to call the office when we were ready to go. We called and spoke to someone at the office and then didn't get a call back for a couple of days. So I did have to call them again.. then, they got someone out to do the job within a day or two. The job was done well and efficiently.

They showed up on time (and called on the way). They had the work done within about 20 minutes and cleaned up after themselves. The only suggestion I would have for them would be to introduce themselves by name when arriving at the door. They have been to my home several times over the last few years (to install a garage door, repair my motor, & to replace a panel) and I have been satisfied with their service every time.

Everything went well. They did a good job. Love the garage doors.

I called Norman Garage Door at 9 AM and asked if they could replace a door spring that broke just that morning. They had a full schedule for that day but were able to re-route a repairman who was headed to my area. The job was done by 1030 AM. Outstanding work and service. Highly recommended.

Called Norman Garage Door the day after my heavy wooden door cable got incorrectly wrapped around the spool after a power failure which prevented the door from opening or closing. They were called in the morning and arrived in the early afternoon as promised. The technician adjusted the tension on the springs and put the cable back on. He oiled and lubed the rollers and springs as well as balanced the door on the tracks. I've used them for years and they've always done a great job.

As you can see by my comments above, it went amazingly better than any other garage door company I have ever used. Technician was professional, polite, kind and patient, and he knew what he was doing. I couldn't ask for better service or a better price.

Norman Garage Door was great to work with! I thought I was going to have to replace the entire door but they were able to repair it at a fraction of the cost I had expected! Every employee I dealt with was professional, courteous and efficient, and I couldn't ask for a nicer finished product. The repair man was late for the appointment on the repair date, but I got a call from the office to let me know. Turned out he was late because he had run over a nail or piece of metal in Moore, OK (this was only 4 days after the tornado) and had to repair it before he could come to Norman. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Norman Garage Door!

Our door had jumped the track and was bent. We thought we would have to replace the door. For the price of a service call, Norman Garage Door's service tech bent the door back into shape, reseated the cable, put the door back on the track, lubricated everything and explained the process. We spent a lot less than we expected.

Called to get a quote on a custom garage door with wood trim. They said they do not do that. But on their website it says custom garage doors and it has a picture of one with wood trim on it.

The company was right on time for the installation and installed the requested item. About a week later I was having an issue with the door not closing correctly and they came out immediately and did the required adjustments. I would definitely use them again.

They were even better this time. I called him as my garage door opener wouldn't work, he told me what to do, I went out, and discovered a mop in front of the light. I removed it, then it worked after that. I had to call them again, as I lost my garage door opener, and I told them this is their best customer. The whole team is wonderful to work with. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
