They had a hard time finding the correct part, but they followed through with great attention. They did a great job, and the problem has been resolved. Replaced the catalytic converter on my older model Cadillac. Planning to use them again soon on a different issue. They are very professional, answered all my concerns and do very good work.

Everything went as scheduled. I was able to drop ship tires from Tirerack and was able to purchase my own custom clutch parts for them to install.

We used Norman Automotive, since I had used them in the past and been very satisfied. (I'm a 25 year old female, so I've often been hit on or made uncomfortable at auto shops. Not the case her. The owner treated me like one of his daughters. ) We called them, and they got the car in immediately. He even had a guy stay a little late so the car could be finished that evening when my mom needed to leave. Amazing service, and they are very patient with those of us who need an explanation about what's wrong with the car and why it should be fixed. He always is willing to call you for permission before doing anything that might be expensive.

I had brought my car to Norman Automotive previously and they had told me that these problems were existing but were not pressing but eventually would need to be fixed and gave me an approximate time they would need to be fixed by. As I got more money I did bring my car in to be repaired. They took me back to school when I dropped my car off and then picked me up at the end of the day when my car was finished. The price was accurate. Norman Automotive has taken care of my car for years, I have always been more than happy with the work, I have never seen any of their customers unhappy and many of my friends and family members now use their services and are equally happy. They are the best!
