Exactly as needed, very satisfied.

He did a really good job. We called him on New Year's Eve and we wanted to have him out before the following Saturday, and he was willing to come out the next day, on the holiday. We said we didn't need him that soon and he came out two or three days later and was here maybe two or three hours. He was really quick, did what he was supposed to do and left. Usually he has someone with him, but he didn't that day so my roommate helped him. He was very professional and we've had other people haul stuff away and it ended up being more than he charged, plus, he did everything in that one trip and it wasn't all in one pile, waiting for him to pick it up. I think he was expecting it to be piled and waiting for him, but he didn't seem bothered.

I gave Mike a call to his cell phone yesterday. I explained what I needed and we made an appointment for today for a free estimate. He was running a little late but did call to let me know. When he got here, he was very professional, friendly and polite. I had no problem allowing him into my home. I am an older woman and live alone so that made me more comfortable, which means a lot! After talking about what I needed done & time frame Mike looked the garage & storage shed over. He also gave me some priceless advice and put me in contact with a person that could help me. I am moving out of state and needed all the help I could get so Mike was a real blessing to me. I feel that he went above & beyond what I ever expected. I sadly believe that most people would never have done that for me. I believe that anyone that chooses not to give this man a call when looking for this type of service is making a huge mistake. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an person to do business with. Thank you Mike! And thank you Angie for pointing me in his direction. It has made a tough job a real pleasure with people like you guiding me.

Called him and he was here within an hour. Hard worker-got the job done quickly and efficiently. I will definately recommend him to my friends. He was reasonably priced

I broke my leg during an extensive yard remodel project and was stuck mid- project with a large amount of landscaping materials including boulders, buried flagstones, a felled tree, trimmings, etc. all in the wrong place. I contacted Mike Sanders via Angie's List, he came out, I showed him the situation & we agreed to an excellent price. Mike returned on the appointed day and did a truly outstanding outstanding job doing exactly what we agreed to have done. I plan on using Mike's services for future projects.
